"The Confederation Of Planets" as referenced by "Ra"
in "The Law Of One" is exactly?

Dear Wubby:

The Confederation is a group of both invidivuals and
social memory complexes [a social memory complex is
when a planet of beings, plus the consciousness of the
planet, bond together such that mind, memory, emotion,
thought and spirt are ONE] that are bound by one
purpose, which is to express the Law of One and assist
other planets and entities that ask for its help in
learning about the Law of One.

The Confederation entities are different from each
other, originate mostly from planets that are in this
galaxy, and number [I think] around 200 or 500. They
also tend to be mostly 4th, 5th and 6th density
entities. The Confederation has many members, but not
all of them are "doing interventional stuff" all the
time. Some of these members, for example, do nothing
but send massive amounts of love/light to planets that
need it. A subset of these members, the Council, are
those actively responding to requests for help and
guidence. The "local" Council here sits in continuous
session in the 8th density of the rings of Saturn.
The Council doesn't have "permanent" members, but
members that serve for a period of time and then move
on. I don't think there are any active 7th density
members, largely because these entities or social
memory complexes are about to enter the octave and
begin to experience Timelessness, and preparing for
that is a major operation.

It's also important to consider the Guardians, one of
whose jobs it is to shepherd worlds like ours that are
moving from 3rd density into 4th density. The
Guardians work with the Council and the Confederation,
but the Council and the Confederation also seek their
advice if an intervention is being contemplated. The
Guardians similarly don't serve forever, but serve a
term and then move on.

As you can see, your question isn't all that simple,
but all of this information is found in Book I.

Those of Ra are serving members of the Confederation
Council, and my guess is that their service will be up
soon because Ra is sixth density-going-into-seventh.
I'm not sure what density the Guardians are. I'd like
to know some more about them, if anyone knows more.
Not that much about them in the books, except that the
decision of the Guardians at the time to assist
genetically those of Mars who lost their biosphere is
considered controversial. However, as all is ONE and
there are no mistakes, the Guardians do the best they
can.

This is a very fine post. Just one minor quibble: it is my
impression from various sources that the term "social memory complex"
refers to any group of souls who have "graduated" from their physical
lifetimes on a planet and rejoined as a group on higher planes. You
have social memory complexes of hundreds or thousands of individual
souls, and these eventually [usually? always?] rejoin until all the
souls who have incarnated physically on a given planet have rejoined
into one [6th or is it 7th?] density collective.

I don't recall Ra ever being that specific about any "who" or
"what" is in 8th density or above, other than to say it is a new
octave and that they don't know what is in or beyond that level, but
my memory gets blurry about things like this. (Can you refer me?)

Hey-

IMHO, no! At least, not exactly. I can certainly tell you what the folks
who say it mean- but to get accurate information in a worldly, 3-D sense
from channeling is a hopeless task. I honestly have no idea if there is
a physically apparent Confederation of Planets in the Service of the
Infinite Creator, as the Confederation entities that I have channeled
for thirty years name it, or whether it is a metaphysical, unseen type
of group of what others might call angels... or what! Nor will I
probably ever know even if I am channeling a source outer to my own self
when I channel Confederation entities like the Q'uo group, or Hatton,
Latui or Ra. I can attest to the fact that something is going on when I
channel, because the spate of words is too great for me, in my earthly
personality, to say without any thought. The archives on the
www.llresearch.org site can be read at will by those wishing to examine
this premise- yup, something is going on. There's a source there, and it
speaks consistently and helpfully.

I would say their Confederation is one based on polarity. It is a group
of what they say is planetary entities- whole planetary populations who
have become "social memory complexes" and who have chosen as groups to
polarize towards service to others. They have conceived of their service
to others as including speaking through instruments such as me to help
planet Earth at this poignant time in its planetary reach for social
memory and fourth density in general. This is, to them, not new. Latui,
for instance, says that its planet's people were aided by the Ra group
at the end of its third-density experience. So this is sort of a matter
of united folks reaching out to others who are struggling for common
goals, like a metaphysical Peace Corps.

They call their group the Confederation of Planets in the Service of the
Infinite Creator. That's as much as we can know about that, given our
current limitations in instruments that can detect energy. So far, no
one has been able to get a bead on finding and evaluating telepathic
energy. It certainly seems to exist, and to be available for channels to
use, however poorly or well. However, we have yet to find a way to
measure it or usefully describe it scientifically. I feel sure that one
day our instrumentation will improve. Perhaps not in this density,
though.

This leaves us with evaluating such sources by using our discrimination
concerning the thoughts they share, and I would encourage all to use
that discrimination, and be very careful about what thoughts you pick up
and work with. Be really picky, and look for resonance within yourself,
like when you hear a tune for the first time that you really love.
Listen to yourself above all!

Dear Wubby,

Several of us at this forum are members of what is commonly called
the "Confederation" (including David, Carla, Lesley and many others).
The name "Confederation" is a coined term used for communication
purposes only.

We are a multidimensional group of beings from around 600 different
star systems that recognize the reality of the Law of One principles
and attempt to live those principles in our day to day existence. The
majority of us do not reside on Earth or 3D, but we have a great love
for the people of Earth and desire only to be of service in whatever
way is in greatest harmony to each individual's soul evolution.

I will leave a detailed description of the social memory complex
known as "Ra" to David, Carla and the material itself.
