Hi,

You know, since this thing happened, I cannot get myself away from
the media's coverage of this incident. Has it affected others in
this manner as well? At work, I'm all over the web looking for new
information. When I get home, I turn on the TV and it's there. I
get back on the web it's, there. Tonight, I had to just get out of
my house and run. I ran with my dog, until I could run no longer. I
feel better now.

I feel compelled, drawn to action. Where do I begin? I'm sending
light and love as much as I possibly can. Perhaps, I can spend more
time doing that.

Outside, as my run drew to a close I witnessed the sunset, and the
clouds ever so gracefully draping over the sun. It was a magnificent
pink color...it was love.

Love and Light

I know *exactly* how you feel, Rosi. I didn't own a TV for over a year.
Now that I'm living with my girlfriend we got a TV just for the VCR, but I
find myself and her as well watching the news coverage. I feel drawn to
turn on the TV and listen to the talking heads drone on about their
"analyses" of how we're supposed to feel. They're not telling me anything
new, they just keep talking and keep showing the same footage over and over.
I saw footage where they were interviewing the most rabid people calling for
war at any cost. It's nothing short of fear and hate mongering.

At least on the web, you read one article (or several) but then it's
done; that's the news. On TV they just keep broadcasting, constantly
reinforcing the horror. I encourage everybody to *keep the TVs off*. I
know how the constant news coverage can entrap you, it's quite exciting and
you want to feel like you're a part of it. But for all the time you're
spending infront of the TV, you're being told *very* little that you don't
already know. I would suggest that the web is the best source of info at
this point because you can take what you want and leave the rest.

Keep your center. The energies are quite strong right now, and we need
as much peace radiated as possible.
