If you mean by this that the power struggle would no
longer be required *personally*, then I definately
agree. The problem with politics is that it is a way
that individuals impose their idea of order on other
individuals. Even when it's done in good faith, it's
often 99% STS energy and mentality in the end.
I think what we're aspiring for with our studies of
the Law of One is a state where the external order is
not rejected out of hand, but accepted - even as self
is accepted. It is only in a state where the country
and its state cannot be accepted that the need for
struggle arises in the first place.
Once one sees that the external and internal are not
separate, but perfect complements, action and
principle become unified. There is no contextual
question any longer - it's simply a matter of staying
in the unified context, accepting reality, and
accepting the reality that comes through you.
I got an email from a friend of mine in response to my
article on Bring4th.org about a view of history that
sees the struggle between unity and separation. He
wondered whether I thought there was any place for
activism in the unity camp. I do think there is a
place for us to share our truth with the world. But
it must NOT be done by imposition. We must respect
otherself and wait patiently. We must accept the
otherself and continue to speak without the desperate
need for an expediency and total manifestation of our
ideas.
That is the great challenge of those of us who feel we
cannot accept the nation and the world in its current
form.
Love and light,
Jeremy
