Hello everyone,
After reading the recent thread about hunting, and meat eating while
being aware of LoO, I am fascinated to know if anyone changed their
minds about daily choices and eating philosophies after reading LoO? I
am curious to find out if there is anyone out there who has seen
vibrational changes within themselves.
I know that I have seen enormous variations in sensitivity from just
changing what I eat. Is there a food you can no longer eat because of
what happens to your mind, body or spirit?
Recently, I felt a flicker of light inside of me. This light
encouraged me to continue looking into the right foods for me.
I decided to meditate on what foods should I be eating. I was drawn to
new websites and web searches. What I found was so different than
everything I had learned before that I fought this new information for
3 months. It's not always easy to realize that everything you once
believed to be true was wrong.
I bought a juicer as soon as I could. Within 24 hours of fresh fruit
and vegetable juices, joy and love surged through me! It turns out
that daily brown rice was bringing my personal vibrations down. Now I
have more love and Light than ever before! The world actually seems
more colorful and alive than a year ago!
I know that when I eat meat, I feel more disconnected with the Earth.
Lately when I have been eating more fresh fruits and vegetables, and
I am having more dreams and synchronicities again.
I have read David Wilcock's diet suggestions, and I think he is right on!
I have been reading We, The Arcturians. In it, the beings talk about
their ambrosia as liquid energy. I think the closest thing we can get
to liquid energy on earth would be freshly juiced fruits and
vegetables! What do you think?!
What foods inspire and fill you with love and Light?
I look forward to hearing your thoughts.
Love & Light,
Heidi

Hi Heidi,
I agree with you on fresh fruit and vegetable juices.
I take these for a long time now on and of. I stll eat meat and fish
because my body needs it to sustain high energy levels to ascend and
transform.
I also take chi, lifeforce, energy, straight from the sun.
I go outside, take off my glasses and close my eyes. I look straight
to the sun, EYES CLOSED! and take in the chi generated by the sun.
I let it fill my pituary gland, then fill my head, let it go down the
spine , all chakra's and meridians and energise my whole body.
As this is done, I fill my aura and expand my aura to a global size.
But...stay grounded throughout the exercise.
I found I do not need as much food as before.
Hope it will be of some use to you!
Jenny

hi everyone,
I know that about 3 years ago i made a big big effort
to change my diet. in fact i changed my diet so much
that my parents were afraid of what i was doing. they
were worried about my nutrition when i refused to eat
meat. i do not know why i did this 3 years ago but it
begins to make sense now. i knew it was a combination
of my diet and regular exercise. but i can never
imagine that a change of diet can do so much. i
finally have control of my diet after my parents moved
out on me but in the last year or so i got sucked back
into what everyday people eat (due to my lack of
cooking). about a week or so ago i just didn't want
to eat anything i bought anymore. i had no appetite
to eat. i sat there thinking what it was that my
body, mind, tastes wanted. it was fresh fruits and
vegetables. i realized i hadn't had any for so long.
i was just so sick of the stuff. the meat, the
processed foods etc. i just have to go one step
further and cut out rice (and other sugars) as chinese
people and rice go hand in hand.

Yes, I definitely agree that what we eat affects not only our bodies,
but our minds and spirits. I was already a vegetarian b4 reading the
LoO, but it was some other books that inspired me to give up meat.
Then, some health challenges forced me to give up junk food and get
into juicing, sprouts, superfoods, etc.
I have done alot of fasting (juices, superfoods like algae only) as a
cleanse and during those times felt heightened sensitivity and
spiritual clarity. A natural high!
When I first made the decision to become a vegetarian, I only ate
meat a couple of times after that and when I did, I felt
very 'heavy'. I did not like that feeling, after contrasting with
how 'light' I felt without meat. Meat began to be repulsive to me,
and still is. I do not even think of it as food.
Same could be said of sugary junk foods and artificially
flavored/processed foods. It's like I have a memory of what they
taste like, but if I were to eat a candy bar right now I would
probably find it sickeningly sweet and might even feel sick.
I think our taste buds get used to certain foods. After getting off
sugar I lost my taste for it.
I still have a weakness for cheese, though! I think it is ok in
moderation, and I do buy the organic cheese, but I eat too much of
it. When I was vegan for a few years I felt the best, very clear and
light. I am working on being at least mostly vegan (cheese/eggs/dairy
only occasionally) once again.
I too got into alot of juicing. I agree - it is the lifeblood of the
plant kingdom, very vibrant!
The most significant food of all for me has been the blue green
algae - a very high-vibration food with virtually all the nutrients -
able to fill in the gaps from one's diet as well as cleanse toxic
chemicals and metals from the body. But more than that,it is a brain
food and affects the mind and spirit. I have had dramatic benefits
with it! It changed my life more than all the other dietary changes
combined. I think of it as modern-day 'Manna'.
I don't want to give a sales pitch on the algae but if anyone would
like to learn more about it feel free to email me privately, or visit
my website at http://livenrg.com
Having said all that, I would however like to add that, while diet
can be a valuable tool in attuning the mind/body/spirit, it is
possible to get too caught up in it to the point of being rigid. Most
people don't have this problem and usually benefit from becoming more
conscious of their food choices.
But, what happened to me was that I read some New Age books basically
advocating raising one's vibration thru diet, to the point that 'only
raw-foodists/frutarians would have a high enough vibration to
ascend'.
I got very caught up in this idea for awhile, and could not
understand it whenever I would meet loving, spiritual people who ate
meat. I would think 'How can they do that??" - I honestly did not
understand.
This is part of what I mentioned in an earlier post about being
humbled. I realize now that, while alot of that info was very
valuable, the way in which it was presented was often very fear-based
('learn to eat weeds now because soon that's all there will be',
stuff like that.)
So, it has been a challenge for me, to choose higher-vibrations foods
for the right reasons, because it's just a good thing to do, and not
for reasons of fear or dogma.
The Edgar Cayce readings helped me alot because he would tell some
people to eat a certain way, and others a different way. Some people
temporarily needed animal foods because they were very deficient,
while others he told 'do not lower the vibration with animal foods'.
Later, when I read the LoO and realized that LOVE is the determining
factor to ascending, I have been better able to put diet in its
proper perspective.
I still very much believe in eating lighter and purer, and that
vegetarianism is the way to go, at least for me. I could not imagine
eating meat, personally. But, instead of viewing it as a rigid dogma,
or a religion as I once did, I now see it as just another thing that
I can do that is beneficial, like exercise, yoga, meditation,
positive thinking, etc.
Is there anyone else out there who has had experiences with raw foods
diets, lots of fasting/cleansing etc.? I would be interested in
hearing of your experiences.

Hello!
I have some experience with this yes. I've been on a diet of mostly
raw vegan food for 8 months or so, and there are definite very
noticable effects. I identify completely with your experience of
heightened sensitivity and clarity, plus at times out-and-out euphoric
states of mind. Especially, as you say, when fasting - or at least
when just having juice and watery fruits.
The 'superfood' supplements are really useful. I should caution,
however, that although I completely endorse it's use, blue green algae
(spirulina, AFA or whatever else) doesn't provide everything. For
instance some people believe it can provide our vitamin B12, but I've
learned that it's only a form of 'analog' B12 that our body can't
utilise. So, a B12 supplement or a little cheese and eggs
occaisionally is a good bet.
That said, try and get cheese made from unpasteurised milk, as
pasteurisation denatures the nutrients and leads to health problems
associated with dairy. Also, it's good to have raw egg yolks rather
than whole cooked eggs, if you can stomach them! The easiest way is
to put them in a smoothie.
I know what you mean about not being able to deal with sugary foods
anymore too. Once you get away from them for a while, you realise how
awful and sick they make you feel. Of course many still experience
all that several times a day!
I do believe that one's vibrations are affected, and the ability to
meditate sucessfully, maintain positive emotions and clear perception
of beauty. Especially through 1) avoiding meat, and 2) eating most
food raw. I'm not moralising at anyone, that just seems to be how it
works. I don't advocate complete veganism or complete raw-foodism,
but that should be the bulk of the diet (75% or more) for physical and
psychological health. However, if you have a B12 deficiency your
mental and physically health will go down real fast, so be aware! Oh
and also you can't get the right proportions of omega fatty acids from
a totally vegan diet. You need lots of long-chain omega 3 for the brain.
So be a vegan in your heart and intention, it is the most
compassionate way. But don't malnourish yourself, you are too precious!
Love and Light,
Graeme xxx
