physical symptoms

i have heard that there can be physical symptoms that go along with the
ongoing shift. i am interested in anything anyone can tell me about this.

it's important to note that not everything can be
attributed to ascension. if there is a serious
warning signal, like chest pains and shortness of
breath, bleeding when and where you shouldn't be,
stuff like that, please go and see your doctor.

i bet sal could tell us a bunch about that
stuff...maybe he will when he comes back from
vacation.
