love has long been a puzzle for me. a wonderful elderly lady came into the
church office yesterday wanting to speak to the pastor. she was concerned that
god will punish her for loving a man and choosing to live with him out of
wedlock. she wanted the pastor's blessing on being love.
a wonderful spiritual woman runs the daycare. she is creating a safe haven
for the children of this community and you can feel the love in the entire
building. she and her partner are two of the most heartfilled women that i have
ever had the joy to be in the presence of. the flames of shame and blame are
starting to ignite in the body of the church because they are loving each other
and sharing their lives.
i am a married woman and i love many people, men and women. people,
including my husband do not believe that i am righteous if i love anyone except
my
family and a few friends that they aprove of. i choose to love anyway.
god loves us all and our greatest commission is to be love on earth with our
fellow hu-mankind. people have long gone into seclusion to be more godly and
to love their fellow hu-mans being. it is time to be love out in the open.
out in the world, one on one with each other and one on one with the one that
created this most blessed event in our hearts. that we can be love.
some would call me a holy roller and many of the young people in the 60s and
70s that we now label as hippies were trying to be god's love with each other.
i proudly wear the label of holy roller.
it is time for all hu-manity to be proud of this label whenever it is thrown
at us for there is nothing finer or more supported by god then to be love.
there is nothing that fulfills us more than the love that we are and the love
that we receive in return. feel the love and be it wherever, whenever, and with
whosoever we are blessed enough to find it. and rejoice when you see/feel
the love of others in whatever form it takes.
