19.0 ??? a very high vibration what about grounding,rinse,flow??

as i understand,a freq-19.0 is not unlike 8 cups of coffee.the earths
vibratory "shumann" 13.0 peak for complete flow.at last update earth
is at 7.9 maybe 8.0 on her way to 13.o .i woudnt know what to do with
19.0.i would not be able to keep flow.please help me to understand??

Well who knows Jimbo...maybe a 19.0 resonance would feel really really good
if you are into energy...we cant say for sure...at least I can't. and I would
venture to guess that nobody really knows what that kind of energy acts like,
but I am sure we can all make guesses! And i would also venture to guess that
our guesses have a profound impact on the truth of the situation if/when it
actually happens (in that our perceptions tend to form our experiences) hope
