has anyone read any of the seth material on sleep? i was wondering
if anyone has tried sleeping in shorter cycles as suggested in the
reading? or maybe no one on this list sleeps.

last summer i got into a good diet / meditation regimen and i would wake up
3 or 4 times a night to record dreams. i took naps during the daytime
sometimes, but not on a regular basis.
i just started reading seth speaks this summer, so i was really surprised
that seth was talking about more frequent sleep of less duration. makes
sense to me, but i haven't really done it the way seth talks about. it'd be
interesting to try, and i think it could plausibly work to one's benefit.
