View Full Version : The miracle of breathing

Hello reflections of self,

Here is something I recently wrote after reading a q'uo transcript talking
about breath.

To breathe is to be alive. The essence of life is in your breath. That
essence is the infinite One. The Creator eternally gives the gift of fresh
breath. In return, the Creator receives the knowledge of all experiences
sustained by breathing. Become a conscious breather giving thanks for every
breath you receive. The process of breathing is reason enough to rejoice in
gratitude. Allow your breath to become your point of balance in every
situation you encounter. Another way of saying the moment contains love is
to say your breath contains love. Where is the love in this moment? It is
in your breath.

Your very first inhale planted a seed of love within your heart of being.
Every inhale offers you an opportunity to remember the seed of love. Each
remembrance nurtures the seed in a tender embrace allowing the seed of love
to blossom, expand and grow. Your final exhale releases the fruit of your
being from the tree of love you have helped to sprout through the gathering
of experience. Each exhale has the potential to release, empty and purify
all that is no longer needed creating space for love to fill.

The air around you is nascent with love, the vastness of space surrounds you
with love. Listen to the silence as you inhale and exhale love. Realize
how every breath renews the brain for thought. There could be no thought
taken without the freshness of new breath. The breath is the magic which
keeps the present moment alive. Wake up to the miracle of existence, the
awe and wonder which takes place in the act of breathing.

All that is spoken and all that is thought is the vibration of breath. The
breath is pure and silent, distorted by the words you choose to express.
The essence which the human voice carries is love. You cannot speak a word
when all your breath is expelled. When you vibrate your voice and speak,
you are expressing beneath the words the essence of life as you are now
experiencing it. Each voice you hear is the voice of the infinite One. You
are the voice of the Creator who is otherwise unknown in the utter
perfection of the unity of silence. Use your breath well, blessing all with
the joyful tune of love. The creation is a dance of light, and every
connection you have is a meeting with love. Each communication is truly a
love song.

Pondering breath brought up a question about the densities. Is there
breathing in every density? Ra speaks of there being food taken in each
density so I can only assume there is breathing as well.
My guess is as long as there is the mind/body connection there is breathing
involved. That is until you reach the gateway dimension where even the need
for breathing is released as you become one with the vastness of space, the
pure all-pervading awareness of the Creator.

peace,
Mikey

LS: Thanks for the lovely Qu'ote, Mikey. It reminded
me of the very old symbol in Judaism, of God breathing
upon Adam and he became a living being. This breath
was portrayed in the form of a kiss. The animation of
the clay that was Adam is not only an act of love, but
of a sharing of deep essence.

Chinese Daoism holds that each person receives, at
birth, his or her share of the Cosmic Breath of Life.
One theoretically dies when one uses it up. It was
thought that, at the time of death, if there was still
some breath left in the body, there might be a chance
that the person could become an Immortal. As a result
of this belief, some rather extraordinary "breath
plugs" have been found in ancient tombs. Of course,
we know there is no death but what exactly is magical
about breath? Qu'o tells us here.

The wind compared to breath a lot also, the breath of
God, passing everywhere, cleansing and purifying the
world. Do you suppose that, with over 6 billion
people breathing all the time, that the collective
breath lifts us closer to ascension all the time?

Blessings and Peace,
~lesley
