Hi Jeremy And Shemayet,

Sorry for taking liberties with the Griffin extract. In my defence the link
I had for his speech no longer worked and it did provide an (important IMO)
alternative view to that presented by Shemayet. I would also like to take
this opportunity to thank Shemayet for the last link provided. While I was
fully aware of the information, it is the most succinct presentation I have
seen of it.

In the broader context I think this area is important for understanding the
subtle ways that self determination is being taken away from the individual
and society in general. In the law of one context, like David on a personal
level, on a societal level we need to look and come to terms with the shadow
side. Doing this now in my view is paramount if we want to avoid a bloody
revolution which historically has been the end result.

Cheers,

Mawk

PS I am sure it was no longer than one of your more typical posts:-)

Hi Jeremy,

Jeremy said: Oooh! I've been slighted! I'll never speak to you
again!

Mawk: To my knowledge, I have never spoken to you (in this life time) and
while your laws allow the incarceration of foreign nationals, without due
process, I doubt I will be in the near future. Having said that, I see a
great possibility for written correspondence:-)

Yours Intuitively,

Mawk
