can you make it home for lunch? probably not. i like to be almost
tired most of the day - then in the evening its easy to catch some
micro sleep casue you are kinda tired. i sit in a chair and kind of
meditate, but dont fight the urge to sleep - then just stay up till
midnight. -ive concidered falling to sleep that way all the time but
its tough - but its good to have the right frame of mind b4 sleep.
people always talk about mental suggestions like remembering their
dreams, but that stuff keeps me awake! so starting out really tired
allows me to fall asleep more easily while holding a frame of mind.
those short napps are great - most people think that they will fall a
sleep for 2 hours or be tired when they get up, usually thats not
true - but everyone should try it, its great - when you get up you
feel great, and as long as you are not exhausted you will only sleep
for like 20 miunuts or less - it will feel like an hour. and you
will have dreams, and most likely be more able to remember them more
easily. its almost like your daydreams turn into dreams and you are
more aware of your state of mind during a short nap.
