Hi all,
While I still maintain that the current solar
cycle looks normal enough to me, what's been
happening since mid October is certainly
interesting... today the number of sunspots
is 330! I downloaded all of the recorded
sunspot data since 1818, and I only found
that there were only 8 days that had more
sunspots than this -- the record was in late
December 1957, with 355 sunspots.
I wonder if all this solar activity has
anything to do with the "Harmonic Concordance"
that's supposed to happen next week?
