I have been meditating with Centerpointe's Holosync CDs for over two
years now and I think it's fabulous! I'm on Level II of the
Awakening series. Holosync is a variation on the work of the Monroe
Institute and Robert Monroe, inducing meditative states by the
encoded binaural beat method. But where the Monroe Institute uses
different waveshapes in the beat frequency to trigger various
subjective experiences, the Centerpointe program keeps on lowering
the basic carrier frequencies that make up the binaural beat
frequency--causing increasingly deeper meditative states in each
level of the program.

The CD version takes you from Beta down to Delta, but the lowering of
the carrier frequencies at each new level keeps pushing the brain to
grow new synchronous connections. And in the custom levels after the
Awakening Prolog, you get your own affirmations encoding along with
it using an encoding method developed by Lowry and Associates--cited
here and there on the Web as a dangerous mind control methodology.

Well, it could very well be, in the wrong hands! But Centerpointe
puts it in your hands for your own personal growth.

Jack Canfield of Chicken Soup for the Soul fame uses Holosync and
advocates for them from time to time. But he's relatively better
known than me.

Wow, thats great, but I know of a place where you can get the cd's
for a third of the price - So it would be a waste to buy them from
the Centrepointe site. But anyway, I dont think this is the place to
discuss spam like this.
