Been taking a great Gentle Yoga Class
that integrates Meditation with Breathing
and stretching exercises. It has helped
tremendously, fosters greater integrity.

The Textbook is a Donna Farhi's book,

One of the most important poses is the corpse:

How is this related?
When Carla channeled RA, she entered
a trance from a motionless state,
staying absolutely still for over
an hour a session.
What happens when we remain motionless?
It seems we are moving - aligned to the
motions of the planet. Is there some
inertial component that allows better
connection to our "Earth Soul" when
we are in a motionless state?
This could also relate to attaining
better body awareness and body acuity,
that tends to rectify the dissociation
of our physical selves with out higher
selves. As such, it can seem counter
culture in that time is spent away
from our bombarding entertainments
that tend to swamp out these subtle
cues or distort our connection by
triggering fight or flight emotions.
Moments in nature reveal plenty of
opporutunity for quiet reflection.
It seems that spending time in these
motionless states allows us to
better align to natural laws, some
of which are not well known nor
understood.
