Ascension 2d to 3d?

as i understand it, animals are in 2d, correct?

so, will they have an opportunity to ascend to 3d?

y'all correct me if i'm wrong, but i believe that there is no one giant
harvest events for animals. it's my understanding that ra says that animals
can ascend at any time when they are ready.

i also read somewhere (maybe ra) that *some* animals are 3d. i'll see
if i can find anything else on this.
