incarnating at this end time are of seniority of vibration...though they are
"young souls" in the context of 3D versus wanderers, they are not young in the
context of 3D experience as all souls have integrated enough of 3D over the
course of their incarnations be it on earth or elsewhere 3D to make a choice at
this time.

I am puzzled by use of the terms "graduation" and "harvest" in the
above quotes. If we have a source reference (URL or transcript date)
for a quote, then we all might enjoy pondering the context. ;-)

My understanding is that unusual numbers of Atlanteans who engaged in
conflicts that led to destruction of a prior 4-D realm on the planet,
also have chosen to incarnate at present, and that 'harvest' of STS
entities also is to occur.
