i dont believe this link posted properly, but its up on the
drudgereport.com - its a story about this new "powder," as they call
it.
in florida they droped like 40,000 tons of it into a thunder storm,
and it dried up the rain, and decreased the power of the storm, it
was speculated that massive amounts of this substance could be
dropped into hurricanes, in order to reduce thier power!
