Jeremy, et. al.,
Excellent points made, Jeremy. I wish to point out that I,
too, totally distrust any current form of any "government",
as they all represent the minority elite, not the people who
are under their thumbs.
When I sent in the post with the addresses of agents of
those gummints, I was only trying to help the persons (there
aren't very many real People left) actively register their
opposition to this BS war, absent any active pro-Peace
action. I'd rather be actively pro-Peace, but what if
nobody voiced their opposition to this BS war? What if the
persons of the world meekly and silently accepted whatever
came down the pike? What if the millions of persons of the
world did not already loudly object to the war? If the
persons of the world did not register their oppositions, I
don't think that France or Germany would have mustered up
the strength to oppose the war program being forced upon us
by the ba$tard US. Afterall, the gummints have to keep up
the pretense of "representing" the persons in their
respective countries.
Yes, it's far better to become actively pro-Peace, BUT--a
BIG **BUT**--most persons of the world (western world, that
is) are still fairly comfortable in their lives, hence they
would only register token oppositions to planned wars, but
it takes severe events to really get a population moving
towards actively pursuing true peace alternatives and that
happens when mere opposition to a war is NOT an alternative.
Those severe events most likely, imo, would show up in the
form of economic collapses with their attendant supply chain
interuptions with interuptions in the food
supplies--corporate food supplies, that is. Local food
supplies will still be fairly abundant--provided that
farmers ensured themselves steady off-the-power-grid water
supplies--and it will take significant **peaceful**
co-operation amongst the local, rural persons to co-operate
amongst each other to help keep each other alive.
It'll take a while for such severe events to happen, but it
can happen sooner, depending on what happens with the BS
war. The key event to watch for is the switch from US
dollar-denominated oil currencies (all oil producers--with
the exception of Saddam's Iraq--sell all of their oil ONLY
in US dollars) to Euro-denominated currencies, hence the
US's intensity to make the war happen to protect it's
almighty dollar. If the dollar totally collapses with the
main oil producers of the world switching to Euros, the
center of financial power would switch back to Europe with
the eventual result of them creating a reverse "Marshall
Plan" to help out America. Imagine that.
My pro-peace actions mainly consist of helping persons get
their farms/gardens ready and independent and daily
mediations, as well as sharing information as much as
possible.
The central point of this e-mail is that most persons in the
western world won't do anything pro-preace until it is the
most viable alternative, so, in order to reach that point,
they have to go through the pain of getting pushed out of
their comfort zone.
