hello david,

the sons of beliel have kept a record of every soul on this planet.
they know who comes in and who goes out at any given time. that means of
course the process of birth and death and how we go in and out of this
plane.

there technology is very advanced but limited in terms of spiritual
internal merkaba prowess. but they do have enough knowledge to tap into
some of the higher astral realms and dna and akashic records to keep
track of many souls.

the souls they are most concerned about are the ones who have come
here for a mission of helping this planet ascend to higher states of
awareness. these souls fall into several categories. the first one is
the soul that actually comes from another planet within the sphere of
our physical universe. the second are the souls that come from the other
side. these souls are average ones that are experiencing growth and
incarnations and have achieved enough awareness to want to help. the
third are the souls that come from much higher octaves of light. these
are the avatars, gurus, and enlightened ones. all these souls are
tracked and the secret gov't is aware of all of them. many physical
people who are in the secret govt have learned how to go to many astral
planes. they have been working on this for over 50 years. the
philadelphia experiment started this quantum leap of understanding. they
also work with the negative greys to have access to other dimensions and
with keeping track with he soul transport station so to speak.

it is not easy for the secret govt to just kill you david. many
souls who have come here to help are protected by the hierarchy of
light. but thats not to say that they do not try and sometimes
succeeded. i had my share of negative beings visiting my life but i
dont pay to much mind to them.
