about love energy

One morning I awoke mumbling repeatedly to myself, "You send love,
you get more; you send love, you get more; you send love, you get
more..."

As I became conscious, my words changed, "You don't lose love; when
you send it, you get more; you don't lose love; when you send it, you
get more; you don't lose love; when you send it, you get more..."

Then changed to, "Love grows when used; love grows when used; love
grows when used..."

Then, "Even if it's not accepted; even if it's not accepted; even if
it's not accepted. Doesn't matter..."

What's this mean, I asked? "You send love, you get more; you don't
lose love; when you send it, you get more; love grows when used, even
if it's sent back; doesn't matter."

Love is energy that expands as it expends, I thought. How can that
be, if it's not returned? If accepted or returned, it seems logical
to expect an increase. But could you get more love, regardless? I
mumbled to myself, "If you send love, you get more. You don't lose
love; when you send it, you get more. When it's used, love grows.
Doesn't matter if it's accepted or reciprocated..."

I now realized this message had come to me while asleep. I groped
further & heard my inner voice say, "Love is the fabric of Creation.
Love is One; All is Love. Love expands within when sent out. The
instant you expend it, love increases. In fact, love increases
twofold within when it's sent out! If love's extended in return and
accepted, there is a fourfold increase in Love Energy within,
compared to that sent out!"

Love is universal energy. Ironically, it defies what is seen as a
universal law of energy. If expended, Love reproduces; if accepted
and returned, it again reproduces.

There's a catch to this, I thought. "No, no catch," I heard
inwardly. "Just faith. Expect no reciprocity or reward or
acknowledgement or improvement in circumstance. Love by faith that
the Law of One is Love, and that Love is All, and that the one
infinite intelligent Creator is Love."

To love in this way is to experience Love of the Creator. To love
this way is to receive that Love. To love this way is to know
yourself, as Co-Creator. A Co-Creator merges with Love of the
Creator. Who matches and returns the energy that's expended. This is
how Love increases twofold within when sent out. This increase
recurs, if an object accepts and extends Love back to you. If
reciprocated and accepted, there is a fourfold increase in Love
Energy within, when compared to that which was originally expended.

If scientific measurement ever demonstrates attributes of Love Energy
in the future, I believe the above will be found true.

I've long told myself if God is Love then love is infinite. It's not
something along the lines of materiality which needs to be stored up and
inventoried. There is an infinite supply of it immediately available to me
at all times and in all circumstances. If I am not filled with love it's
because I'm preventing it somehow. Christ demonstrated pure love even to the
end of his life on the cross. Nothing to that magnitude has been required of
me so I don't have any excuse at all.

These barriers are often hid from my view but when I'm willing to take
responsibility for it and I find out where I am not being honest with myself
and others I can usually root out where I am stopping things. The moment I
am trying to survive or fix something love seems to go out. But, if I am
accepting and willing to be with the things that I think are threatening to
me (on the spirit level) and I don't look for ways to make others or myself
'wrong' then in that space and clearing love can be present.
