Rosie, here's another option. I have tried two extreme detoxes that
were too fast and became very sick from them. I did an internet search
and found doctorcabot.com who wrote 2 books on a liver cleansing diet.
It is in the dirrection of David's diet but not as strict. I have been
on it for a month, and even with some cheating feel like a different
person -SO much better. Taking Dr. Cabot's liver tonic(a powder of
certain vitamins , herbs and vegetables), organic vegs, making fresh
vegetable juice , 2 big glasses of lemon water upon arising, alot of
good quality water, fish, free- range chicken, whole grains, seeds
,some unroasted nuts, a little high quality oil, no white flour, dairy
, sugar, alcohol or processed foods. You end up not going to restarants
alot. When you do, you just pick things that are as close to the diet
as possible. It's worth it,I have more energy, more even moods, less
anger and that wonderful sense of well- being I had when I was much
younger is starting to come back.

I'm very appreciative of the advice I've gotten regarding this
subject.

David, can you tell me what method you used...I remember you saying
that you just detoxed...was it last week?
