The fish review may have deeper meaning then we may have first
grasped.

The present moment offers messages for our growth and ascension.

This group is fertile with opportunities for growth, I can tell by
the fish smells. The challenge of harnessing these opportunities is
first to recognize them, pay attention to the present - how you feel -
(these are messages), identify why you have the feeling, question if
the feeling is appropriate, and re-program if not. This is a easy
habitual skill you can develop and become good at - the reward is
higher consciousness because our perceptions of finer energies arn't
swamped out by heavy emotions.
A lot of these strong feelings are generated by our programming, and
there are ways to change the programming - starting with awareness in
the present moment. Awareness fosters ascension.

Below are affirmations that help me sometimes - they clear my head -
maybe they can help you sometimes too.

7. I open myself genuinely to all people by being willing to fully
communicate my deepest feelings, since hiding in any degree keeps me
stuck in my illusion of separateness from other people.

8. I feel with loving compassion the problems of others without
getting caught up emotionally in their predicaments that are offering
them messages they need for their growth.

9. I act freely when I am tuned in, centered, and loving, but if
possible I avoid acting when I am emotionally upset and depriving
myself of the wisdom that flows from love and expanded consciousness.

David...just an idea...

I have a list to at yahoo groups and the same thing hapenned twice...I
switched the list to an "subscriber needs approval" option...that way new
subscribers have to get approved by you....(just a simple click on the
website once every couple of days) it deters most of this kind of posting
because the people that do this are normally looking for easy/quick list
targets and if they have to get approved it is not worth the time
normally....

Pat and Tiffani,

I was a long-time very close friend of Mr. Ken Keyes Jr. Never a member of
his organization which was living Love Seminars. I served him in technical
and consulting ways and was in his service at his time of passing.

His organization ended with his death and only a few are really carrying on
his work.

His work is memorable in the field of self help humanism.
