dw: yesterday i was part of a raw food thanksgiving celebration. nothing on
the entire menu was cooked, all was vegetable, fruit and nut based, some had
been prepared in a dehydrator like the nut and seed loaf that was a turkey
substitute. i made "mashed potatoes" out of pureed cauliflower, flax oil,
garlic and spices, and "gravy" out of ****ake mushrooms, soaked almonds,
garlic, spices and bragg's liquid aminos. we also had "rawvioli" that was
quite good, made out of very thinly sliced root vegetables folded into
pockets with a hummus-like filling and sprinkled with paprika, cranberry
sauce, an excellent salad and a totally sublime strawberry pie for dessert.

i ended up doing a spontaneous mini-lecture on torsion fields and thus was
delayed in finishing my plate... so i rushed it once i got finished talking
and stupidly went right from vegetables to fruits with the strawberry pie,
as i realized that if i didn't act it was going to disappear. everyone else
had about a half-hour to wait while i spoke so food combining wasn't a
factor. i tried to gauge if they wanted me to keep on going but that was the
case, so on i went.

needless to say the food combine gave me an acid stomach that persisted for
several hours. it was totally avoidable but i didn't follow the right steps.
we then did some dancing (the guy we were with is a dj,) and went to see the
movie 'solaris.' admittedly i was very impressed with the movie, except for
a few minor flaws. in fact, i highly recommend everyone here to go see it -
there are just amazing connections to the ascension process and the ending
really is one of the best of its type i've seen - the last comparable
ascension movie of this sort was probably "contact." i was hoping k-pax
would be good but i did not like it... but this movie really did deliver the
goods.

this is the most remarkably quiet my inbox has been in at least two years...
i guess people really did break away.

peace be with you -
