I had the opportunity to see Fred Alan Wolf
speak last weekend. He wrote this book.
Mind into Matter, one of a series of four.
He is a Physicist from UCLA.
http://www.hiddenmysteries.com/item100/item143.html
He mentioned "an Equation for Love"
and other interesting tid-bits, phi, etc.
His works roots back to Kabbala and
Alchemy. He describes Alchemy as a
transformative process similar to
"mental yoga."
It was from this presentation
he shared - was finally able to
answer a question about our
"Lord of The Rings" movie.
The scene with the Elvin Goddess who
hypnotizes us with ethereal love before
scarring the living **** out of everybody
with bulging eyeballs - yes, alchemy.
Another interesting tidbit was of
Hermes, the archetypical trickster,
who's benefit was to stretch people
to think differently.
