This is my first post to this group, and it seems that I signed up at an
interesting moment. Forgive me if I don't understand the situation with
David's fianances etc...maybe I should not speak. But seems to me David, that
if you are a forerunner of things to come, then we are surely in for some
major panic in the financial arena. I can't believe that you didn't catch
that obvious point. Anyway, my life also, is reflecting much of the same
panic, and I'm sure if others have not gotten hit yet, they will soon. So,
maybe we should all look at our amount of "faith" and see if we have
sufficient amounts of this ingredient. It will surely help. I do remember
vividly reading about Edgar Cayce, and some of his financial trials and
tribulations, and how he never worried about such things, because always, it
seemed, at the very last minute, help (from on high) would be sent to him and
so he never worried and never troubled anyone about money: he had strong
faith.
So, I feel its one thing we all need to look at ,and surely this situation
w/David was a warning sign to all of us. How are we going to react when it
happens to us? Are we going to have faith in the spiritual forces around us
and our own creative ability to be resourceful, (but not at the expense of
others)..., or are we going to succumb too some lower response? What are we
going to do when we see people in trouble? Who should we help, who should we
pass by, etc...How much, and what, do we have to give to our fellow man? We
are probably all going to be confronted with one or more of these questions
in the future.
Personally I feel that whatever one has excess of , one should contribute to
others, but not indiscriminently. If one is deficient himself, best to be
careful about giving things away. For example, I am deficient in
energy..can't give much of it..if I did I would bring harm to myself.
Everyone needs to be concerned about this kind of balance in their life. Give
only what you can reasonably live without. And be cautious about who you give
too, is my philosophy..after constributing to many charletons and petty
theives... and people who do not take responsiblitiy for self.
I think that in this situation that the proper way for David to make money is
through subscriptioning his messages in the future, if he needs to...rather
than asking people for donations, AFTER the FACT.
With all due respect and love to everyone in this group..
