Law in accord with the Supreme Law of the
Land, which is the Organic Constitution *for*
the united States of America, has Enacting
Clauses that brings an enacted Law into
having the force and power of Law. No
Enacting Clause, no Law. The "laws" with
which most people are familiar today do NOT
have Enacting Clauses, as they are
*administrative rules* issued by a
corporation, which does NOT have the power to
issue any Laws--only the People can in the
Republic, but such People died in the
government, starting with the Civil War. The
Republic has long since been dead. The
post-Civil War "Reconstruction Acts"
effectively destroyed the Republic, not
rebuilt them as history books like to say.
Note the modern-day Orwellian wording of
"Reconstruction Acts" for something that
really effectively destroyed the Republic.
The elite cabal at work.

Yes and no. Today's administrative rules now
number in the 60,000,000+. Who on earth can
possibly follow such rules? Nobody can, but
the treasonous judges still say "you must
know the law!". "Oh yea, judge, all sixty
million of them?" DO YOU, judge, know the
law that you are enforcing?" A friend of
mine pissed off a judge when she asked him
these questions, after which he threatened
her with contempt of court; to which she
answered "Is it a civil or criminal contempt,
mister?", to which the treasonous judge
replied "criminal!"; then my friend said "Ok,
where's the complainant? Where's the
evidence of the crime? Where's the Verified
Complaint?" And this really pissed off the
judge, since he realized that he was boxed
in, so he sat there with a red-hot neck while
my friend proceeded to read onto the Record
the truth of her status, the nature of the
"laws", the nature of the court and the
crimes of Misprison of Treason comitted by
the judge. Nothing happened, of course--the
judge continued his treasonous ways, but at
least my friend gained her freedom, yet she
is endlessly harassed by cops, frivolous
court cases with frivolous charges, etc. The
system is rotten to the core and I'm sure
that many of you will agree with that.

Yea, if nobody knows the "law", one cannot be
expected to follow it, but ALL indentured
servants (those with SS #'s, driver licenses,
voter registrations, etc)are expected to
follow what "laws" that they don't know and
are criminally liable for any break of the
"law".
The only authority that any government
servant has is the authority delegated to
him/her by the People, as sworn by the Oath
of Office. ANY action that is outside the
bounds of the tightly prescribed Lawful
actions by the government servant is without
force and power of Law and such a government
servant is civilly liable for any damages
that arises from unlawful actions. In
contrast to those kinds of severe limitations
upon government servants, we have the gummint
agents today who can act with impunity
towards anyone and is protected with nearly
absolute immunity from any legal
entanglements. This kind of absolute
immunity creates a messy world in which
certainty in the world of "law" cannot be
counted upon by the persons and is one which
the rich and powerful cabal are able to
maintain their hegemony over the bewildered
persons of the world.
