Hello Seth,
Man i feel bad because of this. When you are going nuts, i am going nuts.
I can almost feel the buzz myself now (again).
Some time ago (about 2 years) i had a buzz too. I had this buzz for about 3
years.
For me this buzz was not "pausing" but there 24 hours a day. Only when i was
asleep or when the "normal" noise around
me was loud i could not here it. It was deffently a vibrating buzz. I even put
my hands on my ears, pushed extremely hard but it only was getting louder when i
did this.
However, i was fortunite that it didnt brake me and as i said after some years
it dissapeared.
I dont know if our buzzes are the same or even related, but really i know the
feeling.
For me, intergrading it and never let it become a subject that i hated made it
fade during the years to in the end totally disapear.
What can i say?
Perhaps its done to you to indeed make you nuts (i never underestimate the
powers of evil).
Perhaps its done to you in order to see if your capeble of sustaining your
mental health, even when your bugged, buzzed.
So perhaps its a test. I really dont know.
But i do believe that if you let it get to you (think about it all day long)
it will make you nuts.
So i can only share with you that i had this mental HELL for 3 years and that
i intergrated it and even laughed about it.
Perhaps you should see it as a test, a catalyst. I am sure you agree with me
that veterans dont go nuts, rookies do.

Also (but i cannot verify this, for this was claimed by Cassiopaea.org) Don
Elkins had this buzz.
They say that this buzz was what made him commit suicide.
Ask David, perhaps he can help.
For me.. I would say: See it as a test and be proud to have come so far and
so close to ascension. This thought will defeat it, i am sure of it :-))

Take care man and dont let it defeat you, and try not to hate it (if its
evil-related it willl feed of the anger and will stay with its host)

Sorry if I am confused when asking the following. Even though it's
extra low frequency, is it more of a low humming noise or high
pitched noise? And can you target what part of your body is hearing
it? And yes, I know that sounds weird.

Ok, group, I have another thing to buzz
about.

I have been feeling at night for the last
several months a $&^%&**&^$ BUZZ that I just
HATE to feel. It happens only at night,
sometimes goes on shortly after sunrise, but
not for long. It feels like something
vibrating at 15-20 cycles a second; perhaps
it is an ELF (extra low frequency) vibe, but
I cannot jibe the ELF idea of it with the
instant on/off feature of it. This *%^& buzz
starts/stops instantly and, after noticing it
and paying close attention to it, I now am
very familiar with the sensation of it and it
is driving me NUTS. It turns on/off
instantly, with the usual pattern being off
for a half a second and on for 5-15 seconds.
When it is on, I can feel an irritating buzz
going on in my body, as if it is being
microwaved. It feels like all my nerves are
buzzing, irrititatingly so. It does NOT feel
healthy and it does not matter if I'm in a
house or out in the middle of nowhere in the
forest away from anything electrical.
Sometimes the bloody buzz will stay on with
no breaks for hours, but most of the time it
buzzes with its aggravating on/off patterns.
It's going on right now as I type.

I don't know what the frigg'n hell this
irritant vibe is, but by now I am extremely
familiar with it and just HATE it. It has
been very difficult for me to avoid feeling
it, since it is VERY noticeable when one is
in semi-awake states of near-sleep states or
meditative states. When the &&%^$%^ buzz is
on, it obliterates whatever beautiful Sacred
Sounds that I may be experiencing; it also
severely affects my dream/meditative states.
After years of being in depression, I have
been looking forward to experiencing the
longer nights for wonderful meditative
experiences with my now-healthier body/energy
field, but this bloody buzz has rudely taken
this gift of life away from me and I'm mad as
hell about it.

I have fired off an e-mail to my psy-ops
list, but no one has responded, to my
surprise, other than one to say that such an
energy was not noted. I have asked dozens of
people locally with not one to have noticed
this buzz. I almost feel like that I have
done gone mad. Sometimes I try to ignore it
and fall asleep anyway, but that is hard to
do, as it is like trying to fall asleep on a
vibrator. I am so aware of this bloody buzz
that I can feel it vibing when I'm sitting at
my computer, not just when I'm in my
bed/meditation space.

I know for certain that this bloody buzz is
an energy that is created outside of my own
energy field--it is NOT a figment of my
imagination, nor of any purported madness. I
truly know and love my Sacred Sounds and this
bloody buzz is definitely NOT a Sacred Sound;
it is of certain entity/human origin and one
that feels like a major irritant that is
designed to interfere with people's
sleep/meditative states. I resent it and am
at a loss of what to do about it. I'm
tempted to chuck my profitable daytime
forestry business and somehow create a
night-time business so that I can have my
peaceful sleep during the day, but I'd rather
do what I love in service to the earth with
my forestry business and, for that, I need my
nighttime rest and sleep.

I will soon try to find a place that has a
below-ground bedroom and try a sleep there to
see if I can escape the &%^&*% buzz there.
I'm desperate to get the hell away from it
and to reclaim my peaceful night. Isn't
ANYONE on this list experiencing such a
bloody buzz? Or have I done gone mad? I
NEED my peaceful night so that I can enable
my now-strong body to continue to heal, aided
by my wonderful 100%-raw food diet; I also
NEED my peaceful night for its wonderful
Sounds/meditative experiences in the quiet of
the night, but this bloody buzz has this
yours-truly warrior all riled up, as
designed, no doubt. I need to reclaim my
night and will consider moving into an
underground bunker if I have to.

Hi Seth,
This reminds me of the OBE type dream
experiences I had for a week or so. It
was as if my heart and throat chakras
were vibrating. I welcomed the energy,
felt it was very healing for me and
helped me open my heart. I took the
complete opposite attitude that you take.
This silly "hate" may be the blockage
that the energy is working to clear.
Through self acceptance the energy
may actually be transformative for
the better, i.e. facilitate integration
by activating chakras centers needed
to sustain higher frequency meditations
and open realms with benefits that
can accompany those states. Ironically,
the acceptance may be the shortcut to
releasing the sensations - i.e. let it do
its job and then it will leave you alone.

I agree with Pat. When I asked for Guidance to address your
vibration consternation I was told that it was your "hatred" of it
that is causing the irritation. I was also told that it had to do
with the cellular change necessary for the Ascension process. I
didn't post it right away because I felt that I would have further
information to add if I waited. I was nudged to pick up a book that
I have had for about six months and hadn't read yet. It is entitled
The ET-Human Link, We Are the Message by Dana Redfield. Last night I
came upon information that relates to the vibrations.
"Mind-Body Links
During the UFO catalyst, the most profound thing happening was in my
mind and body. The communications and downloading of encoded
information were signs of changes in may consciousness, and my body
was changing too. The frequent tinglings and vibrations over my body
were certainly something new. I knew few, personally, who were
experiencing this, but from reading such books as Dr. John Mack's
Passport to the Cosmos: Human Transformation and Alien Encounters
(1999), I knew it wasn't uncommon. He writes, on page 81: 'For
abductees a strong physical vibration that seems to affect and even
change the cells and molecules of their bodies is a central aspect of

On page 82, Dr. Mack writes about the theories of astro-physicist

Whenever I have asked to be filled with the Light of GOD it manifests
as an all over Buzzy feeling. When I hold rocks and crystals my hands
get Buzzy. My kids say that being filled with GOD energy feels like
pins and needles especially in the extremities. Feeling the
vibrations is a sign of Progress in my humble opinion. I give Thanks
for it.

Hi Seth,
I agree with Pat that the Hatred of the Buzz could be causing it to
impact you in a negative way. When I ask to be filled with the Light
of GOD it feels like an all over body Buzz. When I hold rocks or
crystals in my hands I feel the Buzz and this occurs with other
materials as well. The kids say that it feels like pins and needles
when they ask to feel the Light of GOD especially in their hands and
feet. My Guidance is that it is a necessary for our bodies to make
cellular and molecular changes in order to handle the increased
energies of the Ascension. I give Thanks when I feel the Buzz other
times then when I consciously ask for the Light to fill me. It feels
like the process is ongoing, making positive changes in Divine Order.

I have experienced the buzz that makes one feel like they are being
microwaved. I have no idea what it is, it is totally unpredictable of when at
night I might feel it or for how long. I have felt a similiar, but I don't
know if it is the same feeling, during the day when my blood sugar is out of
whack. I have felt the buzz when my blood sugar is normal and when it is out
of balance. It is easier to notice when the blood sugar is off.
It could something sinister, like you suggested, something to disrupt
sleep or insight time -- making people easier to be "sleepwalkers" (too tired
to think or stand up for themselves) and just follow with the status quo
rather than thinking. I am sure you are familiar with the HARPP program. I
had heard about the Taos hum a long time ago. Also that Denver had a similiar
hum.
Please let the list know if you find out more about it.

I too have noticed a pulsating ELF living just north of houston. I even
confirmed the exact beat with a friend of mine that lived more than 5 miles
away. Its never gotten to the point where I get fixated on it. We have a
few military bases in town and they do helicopter urban ops in the area,
targeting houses etc for practice.

Hi Seth,

I wanted to reply to this earlier but this week has been one of those weeks,
sorry. You may recall I have posted on this same issue before. I have
experienced what I presume to be similar sounds now for several years. Often
all I have to do is think of the sound and within a minute or two, usually
less, I sense the sound or more precisely their presence as I have come to
understand the phenomena.

For me there are two sounds. The most common sound is the deep humming
noise, a bit like an engine running way off in the distance, I have been led
to believe these are 5 D positive entities (not this galaxy) that have a
strong association with me. I have found that when this noise/vibration is
around I have really productive meditations and I find energy raising very
easy. I also get some of my best inspiration and left field ideas when these
guys are around. It seems the Arcturians also throw off a similar feel to
these guys and I believe they also are 5 D entities with a stronger Earth
association. For those who like a little cross cultural flavor to things try
researching the Hindu deity, Ganesha and look at his roles and
responsibilities. Good company me thinks:-)

The other noise is much more higher pitched and not as common. I presume
these are also a higher density being but at this stage I am not sure which
density and where they are from. It is my understanding that these guys are
here to help us through this transitionary stage. They are working on people
who ask for their help. I often feel them gently working on me. For a period
their efforts were centered around my throat chakra and neck. For the last
couple of weeks they have moved to mainly my left frontal lobe in the
cerebral cortex. About a month ago in a dream I was also downloaded a full
review of my central nervous system and given several book to looking into.

Also I am experiencing impromptu activations of whole limbs, facial, neck,
spine and sometimes internal tingling sensations. This experience seems to
fall in line with Gayle's observations. I was also advised to check the time
when this happened and sure enough, 11, 22, 33, 44 and 55 dominate.

So Seth, from my experience I would say this is a really positive experience
that leads to great growth. If you think that it could be negative entities
invoke god's grace and the power of the light for these beings. Try working
in harmony and balance with them. It is my understanding that we are out of
quarantine and many of these entities are subtly helping us change on the
atomic level with respect to DNA changes. The biggest changes to make though
is on the consciousness level and while you may find this intrusive you will
almost certainly find that your higher self has OK'ed this process.

The deal is if you ask for this help you get it, e.g. invoking god's grace,
and believe me the buzzing will seem like a bubble bath compared to what can
follow. Below is an entry from my dream diary that should indicate further
possibilities for you.

15/12/01 - Woke at around 2.30am with the most incredibly strong energy
sensations. These sensations seemed thousands of times more powerful than
the light buzzing sensations I get from the OBE type dreams. The sensation
felt and visually looked like 3 or more cyclones focusing in energy to
specific chakras (three lowest) in my body. Although the energy felt
extremely powerful it seemed so clean and pure that I actually requested
more and seemed to get it. The sensation seemed to last around 10 to 15
minutes but in all likelihood it was probably less than a minute. I would
love to be able to emulate the experience again but more importantly I would
like to know why I experienced this and how I can develop it and what I can
use it for? As always more questions from a profound experience.

I am now almost certain I experienced the above due to my affirmation prior
to each meditation of wanting to be an "ambassador of the light" and an
"emissary of love" and inviting all dimensional and celestial entities who
would like to assist me in this goal.

So Seth I hope the above helps you some. Remember also that this happened
over several years so I suspect to get this assistance you may have to build
up a bit of a STO track record. From my observations your endeavors might be
sending you on a similar path to me. Just remember how strong you really are
and use your creative ability to turn your buzzing noise from a negative to
a positive.
