Hi Group...

Just wanted to let you know that although I haven't been active in posting
for a couple of months now I have still been keeping up with the discussions
on the list whenever time permits.

Anyway, the reason I am posting today is because this morning I had one of
the most vivid dreams I have ever had and it's content was quite intriguing.
I dont usually record my dreams but the instant I woke up I felt strongly
prompted to put it to paper and post it on the list.

The first thing I remember is I am standing in a very green hilly countryside
on a sunny day, surrounded by what seems to be a community of people living
in mobile homes. Whilst standing outside my mobile home a tornado starts to
form about half a mile away, I begin running toward the tornado and as I
reach the top of the next hill I realise that the tornado is closer than I
thought and it is heading towards me. I then run back to the mobile home and
take shelter underneath it, the tornado passes over and both I and my home
are strangely unharmed. Whilst standing in disbelief at what had just
happened several other tornados formed in the distance, there must have been
between 8-12 in total, some larger and stronger than others. The next scene I
remember is running down the side of a road where all the vehicles on the
road are driving in the opposite direction to me, a small invisible vortex of
wind struck me and I began to struggle to keep my feet on the ground. I was
saved by an employee of mine who was driving a large articulated truck (I
work for a transport company). In the final scene I was standing back at this
mobile home looking down over a cliff onto the sea, there was a large bay
below me and in the bay was a huge power station with two large chimneys. The
power station itself was submerged under several feet of water with the two
chimneys rising way up above water level. Another tornado then formed out at
sea and made its way towards the power station, although the power station
was hit by the tornado no visible damage was made to the buildings or the
chimneys. Whilst this was going on the lights in our mobile home began
flickering on and off, I said to my mother 'if the power station is destroyed
we will loose our electricity' but she didn't seem to understand this. The
power station then shut down and I could hear the generators stopping, the
lights in our home turned off but at the same time the radio turned on which
I found quite confusing. As I looked down at the power station three of its
employees emerged from the water on jet ski's and were trying to break free
from a wire mesh fence that surrounded the station. I ran down to help them
and as two of them escaped through a gate the third one was caught up in some
wires, I freed him from the wires and he said to me 'are you the only one who
came to help?' I relied 'yes' and he thanked me.

The only other thing I think worth mentioning is that I never saw the
tornados uprooting trees or bushes only man made objects were taken.

I would love to know what any of you may make of this, it is certainly one of
the strangest and most vivid dreams I can recall; and the fact that I was so
strongly prompted to record and post it makes it all the more intriguing. I
did pick up on a couple of metaphors in there but im not too skilled in
understanding the language of dreams, your help would be greatly appreciated.

Nice speaking to you all again (old and new members) and i hope I will be
able to partake in discussions more regularly in the future.

Robin.

Hi, Robin

I just came to this group, though I've been following some of the
posts for a couple of weeks. If I may add my humble opinion of
analysis. Not to sound over dramatic, I would say that huge changes
around you are coming into your life in the future, the tornado, the
water, and those changes, though affecting you, will do little to harm
you, may even help you. The tornados in the distance could signify
viewing similar disasters in other areas.
The disruption of power, in the generators, could mean the actual
stations themselves, or 'power' as seen in government and other large
institutions.
The fact that you came to help, that seems significant to me, that
you were there, willing to help, and no one else, seemingly, was
there.
I had a similar dream this morning, only it was an enormous tidal
wave. I was standing on the shore, there were many people around. At
about the instant the tidal wave hit, I thought it kind of strange
that we were all kind of standing around. The water caught me up, I
was swirled around until on the crest of another enormous wave; I
could see hundreds of feet down into the water. Oh well, nothing for
it, hold my breath and let go.
I felt like the tidy bowl man must when the toilet flushes, there was
a huge vortex in the water, and many, many people, not structures, not
plants or animals. And then *click*. I was standing on dry land,
completely dry, up on a hill, and totally puzzled. After that, I went
in search of others, see if I could help them. That was the end of the
dream.
Over the past couple of weeks, I've heard similar dreams from other
people. I hope this helps you.

Thank you for sharing your dream.
The setting reminds me of a walk
close to home in Santa Cruz.
This link may help interpret the
dream. Thanks again for sharing.

Hi...

Thanks for the link Pat, very interesting read... You said my dream reminded
you of a walk in Santa Cruz, well it was a very beautiful scenery and I would
loved to have walked it myself... maybe when its not so windy though!

Robin.

[Quoting Q'uo:] "If one has come to this plane of existence from
another in which memories are retained at some level, it is not
surprising that some who call themselves wanderers would dream of
adventures and heroics of one kind or another in the service of those
who are desperate for help.
"This is an experience which those who choose the path of service to
others will inevitably go through. Thus, you are remembering that
which has happened to you in another illusion and you need not expect
it to make sense except as a fantasy; let it be a fantasy to you."

Ok...I am wayyyy behind in my work here and was going to "skip" all of these
posts till this weekend...but this subject line caught my eye.

I am not for sure of the date...either that night or the night after...i
wrote my dream down...i had a tornado dream as well...

sort of similiar to yours...I had one tornado coming toward my "house" and
was trying to get my family into the basement...then there were four huge
tubular tornadoes coming towards us...(i never dream about my mom's
parents...but in this dream my mom's parents were there) I could only get my
grandmother into the basement as my grandfather insisted on seeing the
tornadoes through the peephole himself before he went down...(strangely he
went to the hospital that day...i did not know this till this morning
checking my massive inbox)

but the tornadoes did not harm my house at all and though I couldn't find my
husband, who had gone to get my grandfather...or my grandfather...i got the
sense noone was hurt...

i went out and realized my "house" was ona penisula of sorts and they had
passed by and i was watching them go out over the water, away...

anyway...i got the same feeling as you and whoever posted that
interpretation...that there is some craziness coming or that has come...but
it will leave my "house" ok...

anyway...

i also had some crazy wasps in my office the last two weeks...they were
painting outside and they kept coming in through the ceiling or
something...i mean one or two a day...

and yesterday I was driving and a wasp had attached itself to my shirt and
it stung me bad..my arm was splotchy and welted up ( i have never been stung
before) i jumped out and tried to get it off without hurting the poor
thing...but i think it was hurt...

does anyone have any ideas on these recurring wasps coming across my path???

Thanks for sharing Robin!
I noticed October 4 seems a significant
day, where Mercury and Venus went Phi-Pi
conjunt CCW expanding in the direction
of the planet travel. Your mention of
the Tornado and the Two Smoke stacks,
(Two Planets) may be metaphoric to this
connection. I've always thought that Freud's
association of Spirals to Sex missed the
essence that dreams tend to exagerate
in order for us to "get the point." That
these spirals, like tornados tend to
represent our "LOGOS", also mentioned on
this day, Oct.4, synchronously....

Hi Pat...

Yes, that is interesting about the conjunction between Mercury and Venus.
What makes it more interesting is that Tiffani had a similar dream on around
the 4/10 aswell.

Robin.
