Found this poem in a book called the Treasure Chest with a variety of
spiritual uplifting poems. This one in particular has an unknown author....

I sought my soul but my soul I could not see
I sought my God but my God eluded me
I sought my brother and I found all three

We sought our soul but our soul we could not see.
We sought our God but our God eluded us gladly.
We sought ourselves and we found all three.
