dear friends,
i thought some of you might enjoy carl johan calleman's site. he and john major
jenkins often debate one another concerning the mayan calendar. calleman states
that the actual "end" date (not from an archaeological viewpoint) is october 28
2011. you can read about how he comes to that date here. i particularly enjoy
the article entitled "evolving towards enlightenment."

dw: jenkins and i discussed this in the airport when we met at louisville.
calleman uses jose arguelles' rendering of the mayan calendar called
"dreamspell." actual maya still live in guatemala and have continued the
unbroken tradition of keeping their time calendar - and it is starkly
different than arguelles', who basically "channeled" it. many people appear
to have input some form of "synchronicity stream" into the flawed system
such that it is useful as a tool for divination, but it is nothing more than
an incorrect system.
the same is true for terence mckenna's "timewave zero." if you really want
to nail down some dates, goose willy foster out of his cave to come and
play... or read smelyakov.
peace be with you -

about october 28th, 2011, maybe it is right. but then again, december
21st, 2012 has significance since it is like 421 days later as it
says 420 days on
http://www.ioon.net/mayaonics/engpages/articles/why_the_creation.htm
and plus, about timewave zero, it matches perfectly with what ra
said, and zooming in to a duration of time changes the magnitude of
events. but if i look back like 7 billion years, about 4.6 billion
years ago, the graph dips. just like the so called fall from grave
that is talked about, when thought forms became hardened or whatever.
timewave zero is done the same way the mayan calendar is done, with
an end date working backwards. and whether it is agreed upon or not
doesn't matter, since it's hard to dismiss the accurate hits.
