Thanks for the encouragement, Chris.
(And belated thanks to Clark for the advice -- will try it soon.)
Am enjoying & learning here -- & trying to reciprocate...
Live/work in Newark (31 yrs:). After last city election, thinking of
moving on. Sister lived in VB about 7 years. If nostalgia hits,
consider trading places :)
Peace.

Thanks for the encouragement, Chris.
Some of us are pretty scared to post online-I just try to encourage that all
positive ideas are welcome, and even the fears. We are all here to learn. Hey, I
tried "remembering my dreams" thingy-it woke me up at 2:30 and wrecked my next
day at work :) I decided not to do that so I could get up in the morning. So,
now, only the dreams my higher self REALLY wants me to learn gets thru. Sort of
what you get I suppose, so listen to them.

VB is a nice place-a little crowded, but some good people around for sure. Oh
, I will never trade-I like it here. Nice to have you on board. Chris

Chris: Hey, I tried "remembering my dreams" thingy-it woke me up at 2:30

Tiffani: yeah...maybe I need to get more specific too...I understand the
"ravaged" feeling of not getting much "rest" at all because of remembering
dreams...and then the big bummer...last night I remembered a TON of
dreams...and woke up and wanted SOOO bad to keep dreaming this one dream
because I knew it meant something, someone I really was missing and wanted
to see was in the back of the house I was in with a light under the
door...and I knew if I could just stay dreaming later in the dream I would
see them...

and I did continue the dream half awake/ half asleep...but I knew it didn't
do like it should have...I "woke up" too much for the next two hours...

I suppose that is a good suggestion...that only the dreams that my higher
self REALLY wants me to remember will get through...

I also seem to have more intense dreams if I haven't had a couple glasses of
wine or martini...or something...having that before bed...i just sometimes
"dream" of things from my day...as opposed to waking up and knowing that
meant something...just one glass i can still have intense dreams...but i
have tried to stop except on the weekends...because having more than one
seems to effect my dreams...
