For those interested in sacred geometry:
I was checking out this link,
http://www.cs.utk.edu/~mclennan/BA/RE.html
Specifically,
"The Rotation of the Elements"
has an interesting spiral in it,
describing the
"Refinement toward the Quintessence."
I was infatuated with Spirals a few years
ago. I plotted dozens all shapes and
sizes. This particular spiral is a
phi-pi-phi spiral.
That is, the radius as a function of
angle theta(in radians) is equivalent
to phi raised to the power
(theta devided by phi*pi).
The spiral I plotted to this function
fits this "Refinement" spiral.

Now, for an interesting side-track.
We were recently talking about
Jesus and John the Baptist.
A painting "El Savior De Mundo" or
something like that is thought to
be painted be Leonardo Da Vinci.
It is debatable if he painted it,
but if you have a phi-pi spiral,
then there is really no arguement,
the thing is riddled with curve fits.
A tangent here is that Alex Gray's
"Cosmic Christ" seems a take-off on
this, with an orb and right hand
with crossed fingers.
If it was unintentional, then this
may be reincarnation evidence.

Leonardo Da Vinci also painted
"John the Baptist."
This composition also has phi-pi
spiral curve fits but not as obvious,
it seems more subordinate. The
major structural spiral is this
phi-pi-phi that I just mentioned,
relating to the theme of
"Refinement toward the Quintessence."
This is appropriate because Leonardo
painted John in a distinctive pose
with his finger pointing up.
If you are a Leonardo art lover,
then you may consider that more than
one spiral was used to compose
"John the Baptist."
The phi-pi-phi spiral fits his outer
hairline and arm shadow to page edges,
and facial elements, amoung other things.

The "Refinement toward the Quintessence"
is described as a temporal spiral, which
implies it may also work well with market
data prediction in similar ways that the
phi-pi spiral does...
