the 4th vibration

I have been wondering.. this 4th vibration will mean quite change
for many people... I have a young 18 year old friend that is slightly
mentally impared.... do you suppose that this change could actually
bring her a full clear mind so she will be completely normal???? also
I think maybe some very young children.... maybe under 5 or so....
might already be born on earth in the 4th vibration.... what do you
think....any good ideas on this???

Wow, not an easy one to answer by any means. First, we all choose our
incarnation and the basic way we will learn our lessons. Based on
that premise, I would say that this person would also have the choice
on what they want to be in 4D? Only question will be-what will be our
idea of "normal" when we get to that point? Is normal an IQ of 100 in
4D? I don't think so,so what will be our "curve" for normalcy in 4d?
Will the word 'normal' compute? Probably 'normal' will include the
words loveable and compassionate :)

There have been alot of articles on this and how these kids may be
genetically different. Earlier, we had the Indigo Children, but these
really young ones are supposedly way different down to the cellular
level-I think we need studies first to make an educated guess to your
question.

have this "rumbelling" feeling in your stomach...you and your friend
going in to 4d is just going to have you having more of
that "rumbelling" feeling within..........untill you look in to her
eyes!
