Last night I was in excruciating pain in my abdomen, stomach, and
mostly by my naval, when it first happened I couldn't move when I
finally got up I had to hunch over, I also got extremely nauseas. The
pain started to subside after 30 mins., I took tylenol and went to
sleep. Today my stomach by my belly buttom still hurts and is
cramped, still nauseas, and it hurts when I cough or sneeze, I'm not
in as much pain as yesterday. Any ideas what it may be?
Thank you,
Tiffany

Hi Tiffany,
Sounds like a belly button hernia which may be strangulated. If it is
strangulated and the contents rupture, you could develop peritonitis, which
is not good. You need to be checked by a surgeon, quickly to rule out this
dangerous, potentially grave possibility.
Love and Light,

Alex
