hello everyone,

i'm new to this forum, i discovered david wilcock recently and i find his work fantastic.

i've a question. in an audiblog (2008.8.2 i think), david says that it is not good to sleep more than six hours in a row according to the teachings of seth channeled by jane roberts. i checked on the net and seth recommends fractionnated sleep in order to increase physical, mental health, esp abilities, dream recall...

to feel good i usually have to sleep 7 to 8 hours. these 4 last days i've decided to just sleep 6 hours during the night and to take a nap in the afternoon. this seems interesting because i feel that i'm more aware of my subconscious but i felt very tired these 4 days.
it seems interesting and i will continue to experiment with this but now i'm quite tired and i must sleep normaly.

has somebody experimented with fractionnated sleep .
thanks

love to all

this is something that has become an automatic feature for me lately. i will go to bed at 10pm, have dreams and then wake up at 4am, have a cat nap around midday/2pm, then begin the same routine. ive had dreams every night, more than one, and i remember all of them even if they make little to no sence.

the daily cycle of life has been burned into many peoples lives, thus they awake at 5-6am, goto work, finish at 4pm and then begin the rest of the day. if you live near a farm, youll notice that animals (cows) sleep several times a day, even lions etc. people do what is best for them at any given time, sleep seems to be the last routine on the list, to each their own i think.
