and above and beyond all else, from what i have mentiioned in the previous
email.
Hi energy is attributed to intelligent creativity= LIFE
(Living.Interactive.Forms of Energy)
Greg Braden was talking about in one of the world puja online,live radio
broadcasts, is APPRECIATION.
And the study's at the heart math institute are proving the idea that when
someone gives/shows appreciation, say to there food that their eating. It
changes a fundemental frequency.
You interact with life, telling LIFE, hey," i appreciate you, i thank you".
This also called consious eating in Yoga. It brings slight orgasmic levels
into the dining experience you should try it.. Don't rush it (coming from a
inhaler of food) take your time and fully chew and play with your food.
I think the people of India have this down pat.
I served a old Indian man a sandwich at the juicebar/deli i worked last at.
I marveled at how he chewed with his mouth open, as i watch ed the salva
fully engulf his food, the mainthing i noticed he was enjoying himself, mind
you i do make a mean sandwich..
Think about our culture, we are told not eat with are mouth open or talk.
I find making noises are naturally apart of eating at optimal salva
production, and fun.
Which i think go hand in hand.
So despite what you eat, apprecaite it.
Cayce said that eating food when you were stressed or in a bad mood, would
make the food toxic.
Something to think about..

the walls, or have something to remind you, it is easy to forget..forgeting
is samsara.

Clark,
I too have heard of this, I also read in a kundalini book about
vegitarianism and the reasons for it. How you are not only consuming
the animal but you are also consuming it's fears and the such before
it was killed. It's definately making me think twice everytime I eat
meat. I agree with you about energy, what could I do to up my energy?
I've been taking energy supplements (mini thins, etc.) but I know
this is having a negative impact on me, it seems I can't go a day
without them now. Is there anything you would suggest, a vitamin, etc?

This is a crucial point, you cannot do better then nature, you can try with
colloids, vitamins, supplements, etc.
And trust me here, i have gone through it all.
My conclusion is fresh juicing, live food, all organics (if possible).
It's the easiest way to eat, grabs some carrots, and go, forget about dips
and sauces, there nice, but in most cases your better off w/o them.
My last 'gray' zone food snack is popcorn.
My reasoning and procautions for this choice over other snacks, are as
follows;
- first off i would take enzymes before consumption, this is due to enzyme
kill of during heat process
(makes digestion more efficient)
-second i use fresh organic oils (hemp, flax, canola, olive) and organic
popcorn (and i do notice a difference from regular brands.)
-third i use herbs and spices; which i don't use as much b/c of the lack of
cooking; e.g's fenugreek, cayenne, sea salt, corriander, garlic, sucanut (or
what ever else my body feels it needs)
-forth i eat it on it's own, so to not complexify matters, especially b/c
it's a starch (which is a long sugar chain, and breaks down slower then
normal sugars, yes a complex carb)
-fifth it satisfy's crunchy requirements...
Keep this in mind, All vitamins, All colloids, All aminos, All minerals are
present in the MOST readily form (most efficient Kreb cycle conversion into
ATP) in live food.
Now to minimize the amount needed from day to day, keep stress low, you know
breathing , meditiation, fat bong rips if necessary, what ever works for you
and brings no distress/disharmony to others.
Even though smoking tabacco, and drinking coffee, consuming refined sugars
are considered anti-vitamins, look at George Burns, the guy smoke fat cigars
and lived a good long life.
this is what is said to be all in the mind(placebo effect), you create
harmony/ or not.
Again you can eat all the right stuff, with the wrong attitude and really be
worse off b/c you think your perfect, and your ego is blowing up like a blow
fish.
Once in a while, say once per month i'll eat something i know my body
dosen;t lke but do it to humble my self, some might say this is a
justification for indulgence, but that is a relativistic thing, it is what
you the person think's no one else, unless you worry about what other people
say, then....well you know
Now if you wanna live to the full capacity of our physical structure, now
this is quite a different story.
This would be nothing short of a full mind set of what must be done, and NOT
forgotten.
And will have to await another node of my communications with this group.
