Meditation Exercise/Experiment

Hey all,

This is an idea that lala had, and we definitely are looking for some volunteers.

Here is what we have so far:

well i think we need 3 persons minimum, one (or group) sends, one receives (or group) and one in neutral position ( ake - the all knowing eye...)

steps:

1- define persons or groups
3- define the symbol (only senders and the ake - use P.M.)
2- define hour and day - a. of the s/r meditation b. of the open answers

lala and I are gonna set something up early next week - maybe shoot for next Wednesday evening, around 11:30 PM (trying to take advantage of 1300-1400 Local Apparent Sidereal Time)? Anyone interested in joining us and giving it a try should reply by next Tuesday morning so we can setup groups for sending/receiving, etc.

Hi Art, first I must say that the attention you give to my posts makes my heart smile! It gives me a good sensation of being with an old and dear friend each time I read your “putting forward the idea” messages!!!! I love you beautiful girl (I read somewhere that you came to this life as a lady, like I did), and as we don’t see peoples faces in this forum, I picture a human figure surrounded by a strong, rose-white light when I think about you!
Well... a little bit of friendly sentimentalities…

I am still in the island, I found a wireless space in here were I can be connected to internet, so I’ve been following the DC forum when I get the opportunity.

I have been focusing in a number, as I said before, and I am meditating the most part of the day (for me scuba diving is a magical meditating method, I think that it is the under water breathing noise that is deeply hypnotizing), and it has been a wonderful opportunity to exercise mind focus!

For the time problem, Nancy I have an idea: let’s choose something easy, for example:

6:00 – Los Angeles
9:00 – New York
10:00 - São Paulo
15:00 – Stockholm
23:00 – Sydney

So everybody will be in a reasonable “set time” to do it
If we establish a short period meditation, for this exercise experiment, it can be easier to make it happen; do you believe that a 5 minutes focused meditation would be enough?

Glad to have you checking out the forum while on your diving trip. Everything you suggest sounds good to me. So, I guess we're set for next Monday, times sound good, 5 minutes is ok, just as long as its 5 minutes of focused meditation. In other words, it might take 15-30 minutes just to get there, know what I mean? ;)

I can either recieve, or if others wanna try it, I'll be the neutral.

P.S. - I was wondering if we should all agree on a visualization of like a rectangular garden (or something like that), where these can be sent, stored, and retrieved? Does it work that way? :confused:

*Edited* - the purpose of the garden idea is to help bring consensus focus. Going a bit further, the details of the garden aren't important - what is, in my opinion, is a small circular well, or pool in the center - that is where (if you choose to agree) we can send/receive...

But I am more than willing to be either sender, receiver, or neutral observer. Just let me know where I will fit in best.

The visualized Garden 'reception area' also sounds like a good idea.

OK, the pressure is on!!! (Just kidding.)

I'll be focusing my little heart out here in Sydney at 23:00. I have no idea how successful I will be at this (although I recall having above-average results with games of insight in the past). This will be a wonderful baseline to start from.

Hopefully, I have at least a little intuitive ability to work with. And with great senders like you, I have no worries!

Here's some feedback on our recent experiment:

There is good news....and bad news:) First the bad news -- Lala sent me the number 9 and I received the number 5 :rolleyes:

But, we are both kind of optimistic about the experiment because my sense of what she was sending me appeared in rolling, shape-shifting cloud-like numbers...something I have never experienced before in my meditation. And she happily reports that that is exactly how she 'sees' them and sends them. Here is a portion of our PMs to each other:

(From me to the group)
"I went to the 'garden' we had set up about 15 minutes before the target time. I got really comfortable there and sort of waited for what would happen. I noticed the trees, the flowers, the pool in the middle, the dragon flies, and the beautiful birds.

I believe that I expected to 'see' Lala enter the garden with her message to give it to me. But, instead, I saw cloud-like images appearing that sort of shape-shifted from the shape of number 5 to the shape of number 6..... "

it is funny your description of the garden experience, because I always meditate in a cloud (for about a year now), and it was different to me to imagine the garden, because in the cloud i usually notice forms and symbols but they are always changing the form... like a cloud of course... and i do it with my image also... so i can become inumerous forms as the meditation avance!!!
so i think that the cloud-like images you got are even more surprising for me then the number i was focused on, because you got something that is in fact part of my everyday meditating world!!!!! that's me in meditation!!!!! wow
this is fantastic!

This was a great opportunity to work with each other using these senses. I look forward to our next venture. Awaiting my next assignment...:cool:

Thursday doesn't really work for me and 9:00 am new york time week days doesn't really work either, but I'd be happy to try any other time. Evenings are better for me. I'm not sure if maybe lala and Nancy are on completely different time zones or not than me . Do I sound confused?? I think I am.

I'm the same time as New York I think so if we can work it out to do it on an evening New York time or any time on the weekend then I'd love to try. I've never tried anything like this before so I should be fun.

It is Thursday, May 8, in Sydney. And I have been unable to get online since before May 1, so I've missed at least one of our experiments....

Just wanted you all to know that I have been incommunicado (sp?) because of my technical problems which have included no telephone and no internet connection for the past 10 days (right after our last experiment). Hmmm, is there some kind of connection there? :rolleyes:

I am on a friend's computer with dial-up connection right now.

Hopefully, I'll be back on-line by the middle of the month and will get back on board with our on-going testing/experimenting then.

This gives the opportunity for worldwide participation at the exact same time. However, I am open to changes if they're needed.

See the earlier pages of this thread for more details. We set up some very simple and basic guidelines, including the visualization of a peaceful garden area from which to send and receive. Our first attempt, while not a complete success, was very encouraging.

If others would like to be receivers, I think we should be able to handle more than one at a time Just let us know if you're joining in so that the sender(s) can hold you in their thoughts and visualize you as a target to send to.

If it turns out that there is more than one sender, the senders should probably PM each other beforehand to agree on the message being sent.

So, let's hear from anyone else who wants to join us and we'll finalize the plan.

Just a quick re-cap:

And, we have one more, Priest of Light, interested in joining the experiment. Please let us know what your assignment preference is, Priest Of Light.

I think focusing on a color is a great idea, and suggest keeping the color choices within the basics (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet) OK? Or do you want to add more color choices?

For some reason, I feel it would be useful to have a general idea of where the receivers are geographically located so that I can 'send' in your direction, if you know what I mean...:) I know you are in Brazil, Lala, but don't know where AllyKat is.

Does anyone want to be a sender along with me? If so, please PM me so that we can decide exactly what we are sending and give the group a double-whammy!:D

We still have some time to finalize the plan, so if anyone else would like to join us just let us know by checking in here on this thread and adding your name to the list along with whatever designation you choose: sender, receiver, or neutral observer.

I will be a neutral and send in love/light projected at spiral of light and lala , is lala the receiver ?

I think one receiver and one sender would be the way to go or the messages will get muddled every one else should be neutral and send love/light to the sender and receiver to create a massive love/light circuit or a clear and safe channel which should be less confusing.

At the end of the session the sender/receiver could possibly direct the love/light to the planet and every one else could do the same if they choose when they are finishing .

That way we can be 50% service to self 50% service to others and then we have the rest of the day to be of service to say one person and we will all graduate to 4th density being 51% service to others :rolleyes:

Also, just to clarify the times for the Sunday experiment: It is my understanding that they are listed in military time, so the 9 you see for Eastern Time is 9am (0900) and the 23 for Sydney time is 11pm (2300).

Please correct or clarify if any of the above is incorrect.

Great! We're looking good, friends.

We now have 2 receivers - Lala in Brazil and AllyKat in New York state, 2 senders - Nancy in Australia and Odiseo in ? (where are you located, Odiseo?), and 2 neutral observers - Conundrum in Australia and Berry Chastain in Texas. Did I leave anyone out?

Priest Of Light expressed an interest to join us but has not yet mentioned his preference to receive, send or observe.

Here's the plan: the group will be meditating at the exact same time on Sunday, June 15th. The senders have agreed on the color that will be sent and will be focusing on that single pure thought. The receivers will be open to receiving the message. The observers will be acting as boosters of positive energy and will be reporting back to the group on whatever they observe.

This is all very flexible and informal since we are new at this and it is a learning process for each of us.

If anyone else wants to join in, we're happy to have you:). It's not necessary to come forward if you're shy. You can either quietly watch from the sidelines or post here to request an active role in the group.

It started with a clear sea green “sensation” then I’ve had a very strong yellow colored influence during the 15 minutes!

Hello Meditation Team.

It looks like we all had a great time meditating. I know I did!

The color that Odiseo and I sent you was BLUE. We agreed to send a bright blue form. Mine was initially in the shape of a ball. From my visualized 'meditation garden' I bounced these bright blue balls and I threw them across the Pacific, aimed at Lala in Brazil and AllyKat in New york for several minutes. The blue balls then morphed into blue comets with sparkling tails and for a while longer the blue comets kept launching from Sydney on their way to the receivers. Finally, I visualized Lala and AllyKat surrounded by beautiful bright blue shimmery curtains as they meditated on the receiving end. Then I started to get a headache...must have over-worked my pineal gland :)... So I waved goodbye to each of the receivers and observers and thanked everyone for joining the group.

I had a wonderful time... hope you did, too :D

Did anyone get ANY of that?

AllyKat has PMd me to say that she didn't pick up anything noteworthy. No worries, AllyKat. This is just the beginning.

Lala, Green and Yellow make Blue so you were not too far off! ;)

im happy that you reminded me that yellow+green= blue....
but i will love when we start geting it right!!!!
i had a hard time imagining the garden this time... too much colors, so i just alowed me to be in my dear cloud, i imagined us all like bals of white light, then you opened a window were the choosen color was, that's when i got the sea green, folowed by the golden yellow
i had a great time also! great energy from and for you guys!!!

What i did was imagine a big blue screen , then all turn to that color. After like 20 min of doing that had to go to bed felt very tired. Even in bed was sending much love and peace to all. And by the way happy fathers day to all dad's of divine cosmos and the world much love to them as well.

This was a great experience and had the feeling that we are no longer separated every day feels like we are becoming a one big family. In my opinion and if its ok with everyone we should be doing this more often not only with colors or shapes but sending a lot of love our world to all the people that need it. So spiral i am at your service anytime you witch to do this. Once again it was a great experience for me , it help me grow inside as a human and as a spiritual person hoping someday i could meet everyone of you in person give a nice big hug and lets prepare for the big change in 2012. Spiral and all,

Last night was my first time to join in with this experiment. I was sending love/light to the whole group as an observer in the process. Though I wasn't attempting to receive anything, I still had the impression of the color green (and the number 6) like lala, but I told Nancy that it was probable an effect of using my heart and 3rd eye chakra to focus the light.

This was an enjoyable and interesting thing and I look forward to participating regularly, and.....getting to know all of you wonderful people.

Hi guys!

YES! I am IN for this Sunday! And I am happy that you are willing to continue.

Someone has suggested that the meditations should be more “open”, like sending love and peace to the world, I totally agree on doing that, but I would LOVE to keep the experiment “quality” in here, meaning, I am very happy to have an opportunity to train the telepathic ability, I have tried in other situations in my life (since I was a kid…), but (and I totally understand that) it can be quite boring when we don’t get it right, and people seem to give up boring things…., so, whenever I get the opportunity is a great time to try it again! We can do the love sending in all other meditation moments….

So, for next Sunday, what do you think about a sound….. Like, choosing a vocal long mantra between: A, E, I, O or U???? How does this sound to you????? (I’m giving the suggestion with the heart open to your suggestions too!!!! Anything would be good to me if we keep focusing on the telepathy ability)

I'm in perfect agreement with all of the above.

One of the things that has consistently occurred with me in each of these group planned meditations (including the weekly call that we've been doing on another thread)...is an overwhelming feeling of connection and love for the group of meditators and for the planet. I always end each meditation with a wonderful peaceful feeling of unity...it's really very difficult to explain and I find it hard to put into words. I have noticed several of this group mentioning it in their feedback comments, too. The achievement of that feeling alone is reason enough for me to keep doing this. It feels so good!:)

For that reason, I think that we may be already accomplishing what some have suggested about sending a message of love and light to the world. Since that is something that can be done all the time in every meditation, we could certainly incorporate it in our group experiments. But, like you Lala, I would still like to keep the experimental tone of this the focus. I find it exciting each week to try to make it happen...and then to find out exactly what did happen... even though we haven't actually got it quite right yet.:o

Eventually, individual frustration over not 'getting it' could possibly become a reason for some not to participate. Hope that doesn't happen though, because I'm really enjoying this.

So, you would like to try for a sound experiment this week? Do you mean that the senders would choose a single sound from all of the vowel sounds (like "aye, eee, eye, ooohh, you") or would you also include some of the single syllable chant sounds (like om, etc.)? Could we possibly put a list together so that the receivers will have a base line of sounds to listen for? Suggestions, anyone?

I'm definitely in for Sunday, though Saturday being the Summer/Winter Solstice it might be interesting to see what happens with the Sun in that energetic position. The idea of sending a "tone" is an great idea, after all, vibration is what we are trying to work with, so in addition to color/light frequency, tonal frequency should be easily transmitted as well. The Octave numbers are another idea to consider.

You certainly explained it in a way that I can understand, Berry. This would mean that the group focusing of the energy enlarges it so that I feel it much more than when I meditate alone.

Saturday being the Solstice, might be a wonderful time for a group meditation!

Regarding the other group meditation, it can be found in the Positive Affirmations section. The thread is titled 'Ready to Call'. The group works together at a set time every week and all of the details are in the thread.

I am happy to help organize this little experiment group. The problem seems to be that we've got a few different suggestions to go over and then try to decide which one we want to work with this week. I 'm enthusiastic about just about anything the group comes up with. Although, I have to agree with Odiseo about the sound/tone perhaps being a bit difficult (especially for me because I usually meditate to the Om sound).

We could make a long-term plan that will incorporate all of the different suggestions, but it might be better if we stay in one particular area for a while to sort of get used to the feel of it, instead of jumping around to different topics each week.

How do the rest of you feel about Odiseo's idea of using the psi experiment cards that have been in use for years? Odiseo, do you know how we can find a sample, possibly on a website?

Whew, I just made it and tuned in right on time.

I initially asked to be a receiver, but as soon as I began to meditate I remembered a PM conversation that Odiseo and I had earlier this week in which he had mentioned what he might want to send to the group. Because I had that information (even though I wasn't sure if that was the symbol he decided to send), in the interest of keeping this experiment as pure as possible I decided to just be a neutral observer and boost the energies of everyone else involved.

I was, however, aware of receiving something and it was exactly what Odiseo had mentioned. I'm not telling you what it is until all of the official receivers speak up:). So, more later...

Hello Everyone,

Good to see you all. I was participating as an observer and energy booster for this experiment, but I did receive an image. Here are my notes written down immediately after the meditation:

Meditation in spiritual garden, 11:00pm, 6/21/08… lots of greenery with flowers and low bushes in the foreground and large, graceful trees in the background. A soft breeze is rustling through the trees. I settle down on the grass and send positive energetic thoughts to all those participating in this experiment.

Above the treetops, I see fluffy clouds forming. They are bright white against the clear blue sky. The wind is moving them along so that they are shape-shifting across the sky. Gradually, the clouds begin to take the shape of circles. They remind me of the smoke signals I have seen created by American Indians in some of the old western movies.

I’m waiting patiently for the circular clouds to move on so that possibly another shape will form, but the circular clouds are dominant. Some pass by as others form into more circular shapes behind them.

For some reason, while still meditating, I open my eyes and see that the incense I have lit is trailing a very clear tendril of smoke that is wafting upward and creating circles in the air as it floats by me. (OK. This is different. I’ve never seen the incense form any kind of smokey tendril before…never-mind a circular one.)

Return to my meditation garden, the circular clouds are still passing by just over the tops of the trees. I believe I have observed the message being sent… CIRCLES.

Much love and light is received and extended in return…waved goodbye and blew some goodbye kisses to all who participated before I left the garden. [End of notes]

I have seen your frustration with communication because we mods are not there every second, so I just wanted to suggest something for you. The Pm's can send up to 5 people at one time, so why not desigante 2 or 3 captains and they will have designated people to PM? This is not dependent on mods or knowing someones email (you just need the username). And you don't need the mods and can pick up your messages at your convenience. Hope I helped. Chris

Welcome Deambor. We are all happy to have you join us. We have been doing this on a very casual volunteer basis, so you can assume any role that you like. If you feel comfortable with sending, that will work for us.

Odiseo will also be sending so you can PM each other to agree on what shape you will be sending the group. When you decide on it, could you also PM Lala and AllyKat in advance to let them know what it will be since they are the neutral observers this time.

I counted the comments on who will be available when, and it looks like Sunday will be the best for everyone involved. So 9am Eastern Time Zone on Sunday, June 29, is our next target time. We will each determine what time that is wherever we may be (see sample times earlier in this thread) so that we are all in on this simultaneously. :) This is so much fun, I can't help smiling.

Here is how the group has formed so far: Odiseo and Deambor are sending. Lala and AllyKat will be neutral observers and boosters of positive energy.

Berry will be receiving. I can also be a receiver since we only have Berrie receiving so far.

Immediately after the experiment, the Receivers can PM everyone with what they received. After that, one of the Senders or Observers can PM back with the actual message sent. This will give us almost immediate feedback, and we can continue with the rest of our feedback on the thread.

Does this sound OK to everyone? Feel free to make changes and suggestions. How I usualy work it - I send love while meditating, at least I try to. But I usually know people who I send it to, meaning I have their image in my mind. How do you guys do it? Just use the names of the recepients? Or do you suggest just sort of sending the image out and it will get to the right recepient by virtue of us
'being there" at the same time?
Also how long is the session?

I'm not sure I'll be able to immediately provide feedback, since I'm not sure of my internet situation on the 29th yet.

Deambor the process may be different for each person i think. For me what i usually do is i imagine been in front of a big white screen similar to the ones in theaters in this screen i draw with mi mind what i want to send after that i wish that all receivers could see what i am seeing , try to keep it like that for as long as i can after that i send a lot of love to the world and the group.

Deambor, I get into a comfortable meditation and visualize whatever is being sent as an object that floats in the air, then I visualize it going into the sky and in the general direction of the receivers. That is why it helps me to know where the receivers are located geographically. I keep sending the image for at least 10 minutes to make sure that our times will synchronize -- usually from 5 minutes before to 5 minutes after the agreed-upon time.

I always begin and end the meditation with lots of love and light for all who are involved in the endeavor. I think we all do that, and it is felt by each of us.

As you can see, Odiseo and I use very different techniques. But I don't think technique matters much. Whatever is comfortable for you and feels 'right' should work best for you. Obviously, Odiseo's style is successful since the results when he sends are very good.:D

i had an interesting experience. my role was to just observe and send love light. i set my alarm to be up and meditaiong at 9. i was so tired i couldnt get out of bed so i layed there in kinda a half awake half asleep state and focused on sending love and light. i guess i feel asleep because i started dreaming about being in a garden, still focusing on the group, and i could feel and hear what seemed like everyone thoughts. i also got images everythings kinda fuzzy but i do remember seeing and hearing "circle" i dunno ts kinda hard to explain what exactly happened but it was def interesting and i would like to try again next week!!

I set my alarm too, AllyKat:)... did manage to get out of bed to go through some preliminary meditation steps.

It's funny that you have each mentioned sensing a kind of confusion, because I did, too. That's why I waited to share the details. It was really late here and I wanted to sleep on it and let the data settle down in my head.

From my visualized meditation garden I received more than one symbol kind of jumbled together. It was sort of dark in the garden, too, like twilight or early evening. As mentioned earlier in the thread, the triangle (or pyramid:)) was predominant for me.

No worries, Odiseo, this is new to all of us. I would say that if you felt confusion and we sensed that, then we are on the right track. What do you think?

In David's new blog he mentions using Remote Viewing techniques when he first began to do readings. I have some information on RV and am wondering if anyone wants to try using some of those techniques with this project.

It is very useful in helping me to avoid calling my friends and family on the East Coast in the middle of their night.

Just find a city in the Eastern Time zone (Boston or New York), calculate how many hours difference there is between that actual time and your actual local time, then figure out what time it is where you are when it is 9am in the Eastern Time zone.:)

As Odiseo pointed out, we have already sent the circle and the X but if we eliminate them from the group we will be down to only 3 other shapes that are left to send. Do you think that we should keep the entire group of 5 shapes as possible subjects each time, regardless of whether or not one has been recently sent? That way, the odds will remain the same for getting a hit (I think...:confused:). Please confirm, all you statisticians out there.

Thank you for stepping up and leading this effort. I must apologize for my sudden departure - there are many reasons why (limited internet access, personal issues - Inner Work, health problems), each combining to prevent me from being "the force" I once was on this forum. Thank for all for your nice posts and thoughts.

As I said in my last post around a month ago, I'm not sure how much I'll be posting. I do still check in on the forums on a semi-regular basis and I must say, am very Happy to see the group getting together and "experimenting". Keep up the Good Work!

So, again, to all who may read this, I do miss you and miss being here like I used to. Maybe after the summer (September), I'll be back on a more regular basis.

Hi dear group,

I have been watching us kind of struggle about the best date and time for the meditation to take place, at the same time, the more I read the material, and the more I myself experience new “things” in my life, the more I have been noticing that time is really no “big deal”, meaning, this is not necessarily simultaneously because we concretely sit at the same time to meditate or not, what matters is the intention of getting our thoughts “together” at some point in time and space” that permit us to have some shared information in a new and free’er’ way, we are experiencing and training freedom from time and space, I really believe we should start applying this idea.

In brief, we could get the group set at the beginning of each week, choose the image, notify the neutral ones, and trust that the information is there, already set, ready to be catch by the receiver whenever they feel comfortable to sit and give a time of relaxation from the outer world to do it…. Remembering that we are doing it to expand and to have a great time in doing so!

Hi, folks.
Despite my unsuccess with today's trial, as you know from my PMs, I propose we try something more meaningful.
The tasks are many. One of the most important if not the most important one according to Q'uo, is sending positive energy to the entities of power - our "leaders". So that's one option - what if we focus as a group on sending love to Bush next Sunday 9 AM EDT? He really needs it.

Another option is focusing on the sources of rising oil prices (noting that we may not know who the entities really are behind the sources), but I had tried before sending love to "source of the problem" (another issue, not oil) without specifying who or what the source is - at least it didn't get worse from what I can tell.

If we do oil, it would be good to do it on a weekday so that we could see if there is any impact on the market.
So may be Thursday July 10th morning 9 AM EDT?

Another option I personally tried is the weather. For example I think there is a potentially powerful tropical storm forming in the Atlantic. I think it already has a name - Bertha - good for us - easier to target. Let's see what happens if we send love to it as a group.
That one we could do on Sunday

The picture i was sending was the square , in honor to our next step in evolution i did my best to send this and hope we could still been doing this in the future. Hello Group! And a great big hug to each of you ((((())))). Odiseo and I sent squares and Lala received squares....Yay!

We have been struggling as a group to get this act together all at the same time. Although it has really been a challenge, I have honestly enjoyed working with each of you this way. It has provided me with a time to really connect with you in more than just the "experiment". From the beginning, we each commented on the strong feelings of warmth and unity we experienced as we participated in this earth-wide endeavor to connect with one another in the moment. Like Odiseo, I have felt a lot of love and it was a beautiful thing.

It looks like we have decided as a group to try the experiment in true Law of One style, not worrying about simultaneous meditation because Time/Space and Space/Time need not be an issue. Makes sense to me! (Thanks for that insightful PM, Berry. I do Reiki, too, but I never made the connection regarding time/space until you brought it up.)

Let's have some suggestions on how to proceed:

Should we have a weekly subject (shape or whatever) that will be sent by the Senders throughout the week whenever they meditate?

Will Receivers focus on it whenever they meditate? With Neutral Observers/Boosters continuing to provide support and a means to keep the experiments 'scientific'.

At the end of the week, should we meet back in this thread with the results? Will we start the week on Mondays and end it on Sundays?

Also, Deambor had some suggestions for other subjects to meditate on. I think we might have discussed that earlier in the thread and decided to keep this particular group focused on the experimental project using the standard basic ESP shapes.

Deambor, you might be able to get a separate group formed that can work together on some of the topics you mentioned. I would love to be part of that. There is also a group in another thread that is calling weekly for Love and Light and Help from entities of positive polarity in higher densities. You might be able to work with them on some of the topics you suggest.

Looking forward to hearing from everyone who wants to be involved with the experiment as it continues to evolve. Please share ideas and suggestions.

Hi, gang,
I'm copying my note from the PMs this weekend here for those who didn't receive it.

As regards the timing for the sendings, I am going to participate, and do my part 12 hours in advance of those of you who are using 9:00AM EDT. Lets see how this works. And Odiseo, it believe that your idea of sending a concept as you mentioned is excellent. It would have to be a very concrete idea though and not some vague thought or emotion for the receivers to be able to receive and amplify it.

Here is what I wrote Sunday:

"I do believe that in spiritual working, when we are doing workings in the higher levels, time is not important. It is the matter, as Ra says repeatedly, of space/time, or time/space. When we are in deep meditation and connected to our higher self, and thus "Creative Energy" time is of no consequence. If we determine and "intend" that our thoughts-intentions-energy is focused on a particular 3D time frame, then that is when it occurs.

I have mentioned that I do distant Reiki healing and I practice this at a normal time of 8:00 pm in the evening, but I intend and focus the healing energy to be sent to the recipient at 2:00AM, in whatever time zone in which they reside. I have complete faith and confindence that those people are receiving their protion of healing energy at that particular time. I do Reiju energy for a friend in India who is prepared and receptive to recieving it a full 10 hours before I send it. It never fails that he is receiving the energy which I have sent. Note that I am sending it 10 hours after he has recieved it! I should think that this is evidence that any set time for these exercises is inconsequential. As long as we determine and "indend" that our making/exercise is focused on a particular results before or by some predetermined physical time, it is the same as if we were all doing it simultaneously, which is what we have been attempting to do with difficulty.

I'm happy too and excited to try this without time restrictions... i like the idea of making it a week long event where the sender sends when ready and the reciever/observers do their thing when ready and we all meet back at the end of th eweek to discuss the result. Technically it wouldnt even matter if the sender sends after the recievers but maybe thats something we have to work up to. if we do it sunday to sunday maybe we could have a general time frame like the sender will send sometime between 9am sunday and 9am monday or whatever and the recievers have the rest of the week to recieve whenever and the observers just boost light n love whenever then we post our results sometime the following sunday. just some ideas i thought i would throw out there :)

I told spiral that we did the first exercise at the same time because we are new to this matter but since we did very good i'll like the idea of sending at any time :) to see what happends. Let me tell you , the first time of sending was little bit difficult for me to keep mi mind clear and focus on i was sending , now it feels like even any simple thought is send and without any effort at all is kind of estrange feeling like you are not alone in your mind is something i can't explain. I had the same problem in the beginning, AllyKat. It must be a control thing:rolleyes:... Letting go of active 'thinking' seems to be what is needed for good reception.

Well, I am the neutral observer/booster this week so I guess it's OK for me to tell you what the subject is/was....a cross. Lala and Odiseo, the senders, will probably be checking in here soon with their comments.

I really don't have much to add to the impressions... did lots of boosting and tried to observe but honestly cannot say that I observed much of anything.
Sorry...:( I guess we will all have to get used to this newer way of experimenting.:D

This has been an unusual week for me, too. Not much good energy to tap into it seems. And it has been difficult to find the time for good meditation.
But today and tomorrow (Friday and Saturday) I will have more time.

And I thought it was just me encountering difficulty in entering a deep meditational state. Seems that there is an aweful lot of psychic chatter going on. Monday night was the last night that I was able to enter the silence comfortably.

Reminds me of the 4th density visitations that Carla was experiencing in the sessions 85 through 95.

So I conclude that we are doing the right thing!

It still a mystery to me why in a group of more then 2000 people, we are the only ones wanting to train ascended abilities like telepathy in a simple, open and sincere way… anyway… let the mystery be….

As far as I understood, we are receiving one image from odiseo, and we will be giving our results Monday, first in PM (until everyone has sent the result to odiseo) then we post the general group result in here, is that correct????

My sentiments exactly. In fact, I sort of expected some interference to occur before this happened.

I am not sure that I'm experiencing real negativity, though. It's more like a lack of positive energy... a fuzziness or confusion. It's difficult to describe. It will certainly be interesting to hear everyone's comments at the end of this one! Anyway, let's let the light shine and continue to move forward together with love.

I think what you guys are doing is great. For me however when I meditate I don't see a whole lot of visions or pictures or anything and I have never really had any experience of telepathy so for me I think this would be an exercise in frustration.:D

If y'all did decide to meditate on world peace or sending out love and light and stuff , well that I can do with my heart so I'd be happy to join you.

I must add that I’m totally in peace with our small group of experimenters (and even being few, we sometimes have little organizing “problems”, so it’s really a good thing that we are starting it with a little group…;)), and my comment was, maybe, seeming like deception for those who might read and are not participating; but the intent is to give an extra thanks and encouragement for those who are in, and are facing the difficulties (frustration included) that some of us described in previous posts…

I could also say, for my personal experience, that we only get it right when merged in complete love, forgetting everything else and being in complete love and acceptance the right image just come out, and the good feeling is so intense that (and I am speaking for my experience only) I try to avoid any image to stay in that bliss state…. I only remember the image again when I start to write the answer post….

I thank you for your attention, and respect with all my heart your choices! I just decided to write this post to prevent other people to feel that my comment was a request in anyway…

Hello group hoping everyone is ok. Well for the experiment of this week plenty of things happens. Since the first day i was trying to send , like i say before something , someone i don't know exactly what is it , but the energy i usually feel was very low. No matter how hard i try i felt that wasn't enough. i don't know if the world is changing, cant find and answer of what is happening. The image i was trying to send was the circle. But something that berry said caught my attention. Even if i was focus on sending the circle , other figures pass through my mind and again i did try to still focus on the circle with no luck , stars, squares , tetrahedron you name it and couldn't stop on one figure. Besides all this felt very weak. So what i did was send all the love i could to the world and this group. I don't know if this could be a test for us , a big change in the world , don't know if anyone have and idea or can explain i'll be all ears :).

I thing i can assure you , no matter what happens i will like to keep doing this and now more than ever, every passing day i feel a lot of love in my heart , even if things are getting awry and not in good balance , i feel something really wonderful is coming. Much love and light to all of you and a special and biiiig hug to spiral that brought us together. Im ready to continue with the sendings , so for the next one i will like to be a sender. I didn't receive the circle...:( In fact, I received hazy outlines of all of those shapes Odiseo mentioned. But, most clearly I got an equal sign... 2 squiggly parallel lines.

What a very strange week it was for meditating. Odiseo mentions trying to focus on the circle and instead having lots of other shapes in mind. I had a similar experience trying to keep my mind open to receive the message clearly but receiving all kinds of different shapes with the "=" the most predominant.

Does anyone have any ideas on what happened here? This was the first time we did the experiment without a neutral observer/booster. Do you think that might have had something to do with the outcome?

Also, we have had more than 1 sender in most other attempts. Could that have had some effect?

As most of you know, I have stepped back from this exercise mainly due to lack of Internet connection over the Summer (I'm only "on" Monday-Thursday and won't have access for about 2 weeks after tomorrow). Without communication on the forum, I didn't feel I could participate as effectively.

This past Friday and Saturday I tried to act as a buffer to this week's exercise, trying to send positive vibes and love to the group, in addition to the other contemplative exercises I pertook...

So, it is possible that I may have been the reason for some of the interference... :confused:

Odiseo - you are correct, the energy is in constant flux. I don't wish to make a prediction or anything like that, but there has been a sense "in the community" about a major occurrence this coming August (of course, depending upon who you talk to and your definition of major). I wouldn't place any significant emphasis, but thought it worthwhile to mention nonetheless...

As always, its important to meditate as often as possible, sending out postive energy, LOVE & LIGHT, to all of creation.

I am copying my pm to Odiseo which he refered to. Like the rest of you I was finding a very un-unified connection. Here is my pm.

I was supposed to be receiving this last week and here is what I have to report.

This image I recieved was an evolving image, started out at a triangle, morphed to a tetrahedron, then to a double tetrahedron ie star of David, then to the pentagram/five point star. This over a couple of days but I felt all of the morphing last night. I seem to be connected to tetrahedrons for some reason as they frequently influence my meditations. I will post a vision about them soon.

I was reading last night that we are quickly approaching the Lions Gate portal , yeah, of all things, 08-08-08. This is annually a very energetic passage and I am wondering if this approach is part of what we are experiencing. Also there is going to be a solar eclipse coming up in a couple of weeks as well as another lunar eclipse. August promises to be a very active psychic month so we could see all sorts of unusual reaction. All we can do is maintain our Center and continue to focus on Love, Light and Oneness.

I had mentioned that I would relate a vision/lucid dream, whatever, that I had some months ago (almost a year now) which involved Sacred Geometry and my connection to tetrahedrons. Here is my original notations from that night, which fortunately I saved.

"It began with my finding deep inside (within my inner self) a dirt, and as I was, in my meditation, doing spiritual house-cleaning I began sweeping it away, literally with a broom. As I swept I discovered that I was uncovering something gold and shiny beneath it. I continued to sweep the floor and found that I was revealing a golden triskallion with a beehive shaped center, straight arms with two raised ribs down each, ending in scalloped balls. This was amazing in itself. I continued to clean and found that the floor was also gold and then became aware that the chamber I and the triskallion was in was triangular and the ends of the triskallion barely touched the sides of the chamber, not the apexes. I found that as I swept the walls they were also gold. Then the triskallion began to rotate and the whole thing transformed into a pyramid or more precisely a tetrahedron and the triskallion change into a four-rayed figure with each arm pointing at the vertexes and the whole thing was at this time rotating strangely. This is when the vision ended but I had the word in my mind - "tessaract" !
Well this was all weird enough. I wrote the word down last night along with these notes so I wouldn't forget it and today I searched it out as I didn't have any idea what it was. Turns out a tessaract is a 4 dimensional figure of a cube. I said to myself that is not quite a tetrahedron but then just below was a link to something else. It turns out that what I envisioned was a "pentachoron" - a 4 dimensional pyramid. Here is the link. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pentachoron . Now I don't know much about sacred geometry but this has to have some deeper meaning that I should know. "

In any case, ever since this time, I have tetrahedrons popping up all the time and seem to have some very strong connection to movement into 4th density. I recall that the tetrahedron, rather the star tetrahedron is identified with the 4th density in David's Divine Cosmos books. Maybe this wasn't the right place to post this but it is where the subject arose.

Hi gang

i felt very confused because i was getting many images again and having a hard time focusing. The star was the most predominate. Part of the challenge for me besides having low energy was the struggle with my mind to let go and have th eimage come to me instead of trying to "feel" which image I think it's going to be.

The way I look at it though is we are all in sync!!! Even though it was a sort of confusing low energy experience there was still love and light piercing through the darkness. And we went through it together!! So far I'm hearing that we all had a similar experience and I think that says a lot ablout our pychic connection even though we didn't all recieve clear circles :)

I'm not sure if the lack of senders/boosters made that much of a difference or not. I can also feel a sorta super changed time coming in the near "future" :) Whatever happens I have complete faith we will always return to the love and light. Those words have a greater meaning to me each and every day that passes. I have been experiencing pressure and tingling in my heart center accompanied by intense feelings of love and compassion for everyone and everything. I have also been having tingling and pressure in my third eye which has helped with my sense of oneness and unity.

I can truly say I love you all and send you my love and light for we are one being IMHO :)

Something is happening don't know what is it but i have the feeling is biig. I'm a little bit confuse with so many things happening all at the same time. First the last week was all confusing, couldn't get focus , yesterday an earth quake in PR 3.3 and today i saw the news and another in L.A. Hoping that no one got hurt and many light and love to all the people there. I was very impressed by berry post about that figure and ally talking about the star and i think she is right we didn't catch the circle i was trying to send instead it felt like we all saw many shapes , seems like we all felt and saw the same thing , so we are in sync.

I'll like to continue with the exercises but also will like to make a pause here, instead of sending and image , why don't we next time try all the week to send all the love and light we can to mother earth. This are very difficult times many things going on everywhere and i have the feeling we all need to be united more than ever now. Namaste to you all.

If we each put our hearts and minds into focusing the energy that we know we have (because we've felt it and have seen it working)...and purposely send it to our Earth Mother, there is no doubt that we will have made a positive contribution.

Where did the stars come from? I think it is fascinating that Odiseo sent a circle and three of us got stars. By the way the Sun is a star, and tomorrow, August 1 is a total eclipse, starting in central Russia and ending in central China. I think we were picking up in advance the energy arising our of this event, and I believe that we will feel the effects of the reduced inflowing Aether tomorrow during the eclipse. Keep your awareness tuned in to your inner selves the next 24 hours.

Last night after I had spent some time meditating and sending love and light to our dear Mother Earth I read this in the book I'm reading right now. "Songs of the Arcturians" . It's on the recommended reading list.

Worldwide it has become commonplace for many humans to prearrange a date and time for meditating upon a mutually agreed upon subject. In times of meditative stillness, the auric, chakra and light bodies of the spiritually attuned begin transmitting high degrees of electrically charged energy. In peak moments of peaceful internal contemplation or spiritual ecstasy, these beings often radiate subatomic-force voltage power. As they surrender themselves to
God's Will their spirit bodies begin to emanate subtly refined tones.

This process has to be the cause of the overwhelming feeling of love and light that everyone in the group commented about when we first started to experiment.

That feeling of unified love certainly got our attention. When reading through some of our early feedback comments, it's interesting to see how everyone mentioned it...even though it was not intended to be part of our experiments. It quickly became one of the major reasons that I enthusiastically set my alarm clock every week to make sure I would wake up to take part in the experiments.

Hello group, this been a very interesting week with lots of changes in the world. I have been experiencing and incredible amount of energy and love at a level that in my case are very high. Also felt the sensation of small pressure in my heart chakra area i think that could be some blockage in that part and need to open more. When i was meditating there was a moment when i start to think about how bad we had treat our planet and all the wars and experiment been done and immediately my heart pressure was fading and a huge burst of energy-love did flow so intense it was something i never felt before in my life it was like the planet itself was saying thanks , it was a feeling like nothing i ever experience in my life. Im very happy with all of you , great thanks to david that create DC and all the brothers and sisters that i have meet here, for all of you and mother earth much light and love.

Thanks for that spiral , so far no casualties not here or PR. But many changes in climate patterns. Is usually very hot in here this time of year but now humidity levels are very high. Also a few tropical storms did try to form but it didn't was mostly lots of rain and after that heat again. Looks like gaia is changing i think the transformation process is speeding a little bit up in lately.

I was trying to meditate at 4 pm NY time and it looks like there is a lot of block and something that i cant explain but it felt like the world is in a totally confusion. It felt like only a few amounts of people where sending love and light but the rest of the world is totally a chaos. The world focus is on material purposes and the humanity part love and light is in the last place. Hello!! I missed everybody :) I have been in NYC for a few days and let me tell you it was an interesting experience. I have been sending love and light as much as I can and yesterday morning i did my morning yoga and of course sent love and light. Then my friend and I went to alex grey's gallery. i thought it would be a wonderful thing to do on 8-8-8. I dont know who is familiar with his work but he did a lot of album covers for the band tool. His work is hard to describe but basically he paints the human being as a ttoal ie physical, mental, emotion, spiritual being. If anyone would like the link to his website let me know. He has mostof his paintings on there. Anyways at the gallery there was a huge painting of his version of gaia and i took awhile to meditate on it and send love and light. Besides being in the gallery, the rest of the trip i had a hard time thinking clearly. i felt "spaced out". It made me miss home where we are closer to nature in our smaller city of 250,000. and i could feel the materialism and chaos that odiseo described. BUT i also was able to stay very positive sort of sending otherselves and self loving energy and trying to get grounded. I didnt feel that much negativity which i feel is an amazing sign. also i was able to "open up" my friend by taking her to gallery we actually had discussions about other dimensions, christ consciousness and even the word ascention was mentioned. i could feel her changing the way she thinks about things right before my eyes. of course i didnt push any "truths" on her i kept saying how you have to think for yourself :) im home now and plan on meditating today on my experience to distill th elove from it and sending love n light as always

Hello Experiment Group!

I think we're at the end of our week focused on sending love and light to Mother Earth.

It was a week of energetic meditation for me, for both receiving and sending energy. Experienced some new feelings and insights and some low points that were kind of emotionally draining (maybe 'releasing' would be a better way to put it). I could sense that Gaia accepted the positive energy that we have sent and continue to send to her... feels like kind of a warm hug back at me.

Hi DEAR Spiral and group,

I would love to show you the beautiful moments that I had with gaya, I am even getting some “left brain” problems with the seemingly need to come back to town each day to continue the working and the “serious” stuff, I couldn’t find a way, yet, to conciliate the magic nature moments with photographs and registering in anyway, that’s why I can’t show you any pictures of this that I am going to describe…. I can still “try” to describe it with words, and there is a “petite” story that synthesize the moments: we are in the “no rain” period in my region (nothing serious, I could say that it’s the equivalent of the snowing period in regions were the weather is more defined…), so I spent a lot of my time watering the garden, and…. A bird… ( we call it the “kiss flowers” - (( ah la la .. why is it SO difficult for me to write in English!!!!!!!)) ), just started to “ask” me for a bath, it was MAGICAL this little blue-green bird just catch my FOCUS! So daily sweet, and SO happily joyful! Un bonheur!

I didn’t focus in a much disciplined way… I must admit it, but it was just perfect to the beautiful bird that got my whole attention!

This period started with the same congested feelings that Odiseo and I and other felt last week or so. Very slugish. But this gradually changed to a much more vibrant and open channel. Monday night, was exquisite with energy flowing in and out like Niagra. My meditation partner in India felt it too and said that is was as if the light flowed into him and out through his "nose" and into a black hole. I told him he was releasing mental and spiritual toxins. Yes, the connection was excellent this week and Mother Earth was kindly responding to the love/light I/WE sent.

Hello group hoping everyone its ok . In this week i have receive some negative greetings or psychic attacks if it can be call it like that, it is the first time i receive something so intense in my life, it was like a burst of air you could feel it but not see it. i was in bed at the same time i felt the impulse the wood frame on my bed made a crack noise then the small table in front of me where i have my tv made it too. Since that day im experience a pressure and pain in my chest. I never had any heart problem before but for precaution im taking and aspirin each day. At first i felt a little bit of fear because this is new for me but if i have to do a job in this planet the love i have for this planet and everyone in it make me continue to send more love and light. So my bothers be advice there are things out there that don't want or like what we are doing, i think we have to be more united than ever before and send all the love and light we have. The planet is receiving much hate in those days, many innocent death in the Georgia and so many other things that i feel we must be together stay together and open our hearts to send all the love we have. It seems that in 6th density and beyond we get that anyway…
Interpretation of a little fear could be made from the words we have been using about all this energy that we are feeling…. And yet, as far as I understood, there is nothing to be afraid once we are all learning parts of the Loving whole!
Not pleasant, maybe, but not to be feared… for sure!
It seems that what we resist persists….

As for the colors, we could use one of the Zener ESP shapes in one of the true colors (red, orange, yellow, green, blue or violet)..just a suggestion. Or to keep it even more simple, we could just use one of the primary colors (red, yellow or blue) so that there won't be the possibility of a multitude of shades and blends.

If you do decide to use a colored shape, could the senders let the group know that in advance so that the receivers will be anticipating the shape to be in a color?

Hello group hoping everyone is ok. Are we going to keep sending or when should we post the results???

I was reading some tips about telepathy is amazing how many info we can find today. One thing that got my attention was when we are receiving , instead of waiting in our mind what the message or image appears try to reach the senders mind to see what he/she is trying to send. I think there are many things we need to learn and it will help us a lot. If any of you find a good document, books anything that can help send some pm's to the group with the link to it.

May I suggest that we continue to send until someone gets the object. This is more difficult than before because is includes two concepts, shape and color. I am emphasizing the color first then the shape that carries it.

Thats ok with me too I am willing to keep recieving..I would just like to share my experience witout revealing anything about what color/shape I saw. I could feel the love/light light/love as soon as I began to meditate and I felt all of our energy togetehr in the place I was visualizing. I did briefly recieve a colored image but right away I got a feeling that the image wasn't that important and that I had ben focusing too intently on it. I felt an overwhelming sense that th elove n light was so so much more important for me to feel so I just opened up to it even more. I imagined our energies just being there in oneness and felt amazing love and peace. I then began to see if we could interact and I felt this sense of playfulness almost like our energies were all dancing together in that space. I then began to thank you all telepathically for accepting me for what I am, shadow and all. I also told you that I accept you, shadow and all. I felt a great sense of release and cried tears of joy :) it really was an amazing experience and since then I have been les hard on myself and others.

I felt an overwhelming sense that the love n light was so so much more important for me to feel so I just opened up to it even more. I imagined our energies just being there in oneness and felt amazing love and peace. I then began to see if we could interact and I felt this sense of playfulness almost like our energies were all dancing together in that space.

Those are the kinds of feelings/emotions that keep me involved in our on-going experimentation. The 'side effects' are almost more important to me than the outcomes of the experiments.:rolleyes:

Hi All,

It's already Sunday in my little corner of the world, and I'm looking forward to hearing comments on how the past week of our experiment went for each of you.

Here's an encouraging quote from Songs of the Arcturians (which is on David's Reading Recommendations thread):

'As a race, and we mean the total lot of you, your minds, though dormant, have the natural capacity to communicate with one another telepathically. If only each of you would make a concentrated effort to blossom your hidden talents into being, the energy required in the effort to accomplish such an undertaking would accelerate the rate of your planet's evolution.'

How nice to know that this small group's efforts to telepathically touch one another is producing positive energy that is helpful to Mother Earth. :)

Isn't it interesting that each of us, from the beginning, has experienced and commented on the love/light energy that is produced within these experiments? If, according to the Arcturians, this positive energy that we have all felt is helpful in accelerating Earth's evolutionary process, I have become even more enthusiastic about our endeavors.

Hello group. In my effort of sending the image and color, i did find some issues in sending the color. For he draw i didn't have any problem but with the color i try to focus on one specific color and for some reason all other color appear but the one i need was a little bit difficult. But i did try my best to concentrate and send the right one. I'll keep sending till the receivers start posting the results. Love and light to all of you, namaste.

Greetings all, in the Love and Light of our one Infinite Creator

I had wonderful energy in sending. I found myself visualizing in a 3rd dimentional image and the color was very electric. I have already communicated with Lala when she pm'd me and told me what she received which was exactly what I sent. I am not revealing what that was, but my joy is overflowing with her reception of the image which we have been sending. That is the reason for her exuberance.

Hi everyone

Are we posting the resuts?


I was away for four days last minute and also my computer broke so I wasn't able to participate again but like I sadi in my last post I did recieve an image from last week. I have been sending love and light to mother earth as past of my daily meditation. It has been a strange week or so someone died at the music festival I was at. I had a blast the first night but the next morning everyone was talking about how he basically overdosed on drugs and I didnt feel the same after that felt extreamly negative. I feel like the earth is going through a sort of cleansing of what appeared to be "ole" issues but that have resurfaced. I feel this going on in my own life and the lives of others and since I feel we are all one this is my conclusion. :) I love you guys and will be participating in the next experiment

I'm going on vacation for a couple of weeks...going diving at the Great Barrier Reef in Port Douglas..a life-long dream of mine :) So I won't be in on the next few experiments.
