align="left" class="outlookmessageheader" dir="ltr"><tt>i have spent years studyinglaw/legal issues and have spent a great deal of time explaining the issues inwritten and verbal words.one good thing about law is that it is so word-specific, so it is not too hard to get specific in it--provided that one understands the larger picture of one's freedom in relation to the leviathan state.</tt>

align="left" class="outlookmessageheader" dir="ltr"><tt>i wish to make some points here to see if this approach works withsome of you. when i have explained these law/legal issues to people, most react with confusion, denial,disinterest, etc., so i am endlessly tryingways/angles to get complex points across to break through the barriers of preconceptions aboutlaw/legal issues.</tt>

align="left" class="outlookmessageheader" dir="ltr"><tt>so when you are contemplatingon how you can use your own intuition in relation to the leviathan beast (bureaucracyenforcement agent statutory tyranny), it is crucial to keep in mind some basic ideas that are based on universal laws. one law is the law of freedom--every single creation in existence--animated or not (animation would depend on one's pov in relation to the perceived being, of course)--is free to be and free to become.

align="left" class="outlookmessageheader" dir="ltr"><tt>you are always free, so when you consider your freedom in relation to the leviathan beast, keep in mind that the leviathan did not grow overnight--it developed gradually--one free being at a time and converted them into chattel slaves of the system...by contracts.</tt>

align="left" class="outlookmessageheader" dir="ltr"><tt>one key question to ask it to say: "will i be less free or more free if i do this as requested by some agent of the leviathan beast? intuition will usually automatically favor being more free, so there is one way of guiding yourself intuitively in relation to the beast--or not. sometimes it is easier to have id-contracts with the beast so that you can stay somewhat clear of major troubles--relative freedom must be considered.</tt>

align="left" class="outlookmessageheader" dir="ltr"><tt>to use a specific example as an illustration of the interactions of the leviathan beast and a one free man, i'll use the real-life-based cases of interactions that have happened many times between cops andtravelers in cars--an experience that many of you have had happen before, so many of you are familiar with it.</tt>

align="left" class="outlookmessageheader" dir="ltr"><tt>red lights go on behind you and you get this immediate hit of fear, don't you? you find a place to pull over, then the cops come out with one on your side and one on the other side, slowly approaching close to your car and turned sideways so that they would minimze their own exposure, since they have no idea if you are armed and dangerous [keep in mind that the cops are the ones who are armed and dangerous, plus they have nearly full immunity from from any action that they do, even if you are greatly harmed by their actions].</tt>

align="left" class="outlookmessageheader" dir="ltr"><tt>you roll down your window just a couple of inches [most of you roll down your window all the way--never!always keep the window up andall doors locked] and the cop demands your license/registration while the other cop is shinging his flashlight right into your car, looking for anything which gives them the excuse to break into your car with impunity--guns, drugs, paraphernalia will do the trick most of the time. this moment is a key moment--most people go ahead and give the cop a driver license/registration/proof of insurance cards--and, by doing the act of complying with the demand of the cop by giving him a driver license, one has placed oneself directly under the jurisdiction of the beast. </tt>
align="left" class="outlookmessageheader" dir="ltr"><tt></tt>
align="left" class="outlookmessageheader" dir="ltr"><tt>compare that action to responding to the cop with a question: "who are you"? he'll repeat his demand and you repeat your answer with the same question.do not say anything else. keep your doors locked and have a tape recorder/video recorder playing and make them prominent in view, so that the cop realizes that he's being recorded. go ahead and take the time to check the recordings in full view of the cop, so that the point of his being recorded is reinforced. this'll make him think three times before he makeany move or says anything. always have recorders on hand and get them if you don't have them. never trust them--the cops lie on the stand far more often than you would believe--in amajority of appearances of cops on the stand, they'll fudge or lie outright. cops arenot "peace officers"--they are agents of the leviathan beast who are trained to veiw all of you as dangerous adversaries.</tt>

align="left" class="outlookmessageheader" dir="ltr"><tt>most of the time, the cop would go back to the unit and call in a superior, who will then come to your car and make the same demand; you respond with the same question. cop #2 goes back to talk to cop #1 and they call in their superior, who also comes up and makes the same demand and you respond with the same question. most of the time, the seargent (cop #3) will recognize that you know the rules of the game [ #3 sees the recording instruments, hears your words and sees your resolve], so he'll frequently say to you: "have a nice day and drive safe".</tt>

align="left" class="outlookmessageheader" dir="ltr"><tt>there is a vast difference between the first senario of handing a license to a cop (which is a seemingly easy way out), compared to standing your ground that is based on the law of freedom.</tt>

align="left" class="outlookmessageheader" dir="ltr"><tt>however most people are woefully unprepared to travel the road less traveled--the road of sovereignty, so it has been easier to contract with the beast (get driver licenses, insurance, etc) to at least be minimally harassed. do what feels right for you, but just be aware that the price of going the "easier" way is that the "easier" way will get more and more difficult with more onerous rules that you will need to comply with just to survive and keep your relative sense of freedom.</tt>

so are you saying you dont have a drivers license and auto
insurance? either way, thats cool, youve got gutts man, thats a
great post. we were just discussing the same thing over the weekend,
about how it would be cool to make a call when you get pulled over to
a mini-van with cameras and lights, and a lawyer as well, that would
set them straight.....
