regarding specificity, i would say that self-integration is a moving target.
the seth books, especially nature of personal reality, will really grind in
the knowledge that your experiences are a reflection of what you have
created for yourself. the ra series is extremely useful for those who have
milked all the entry- and mid-level sources and are ready for something
more. they empower you as an individual to find the specific answers that
you seek, while not spoon-feeding them to you.

surrender is one of the best teachings. surrender to silence. there is no
problem that cannot be solved by meditation. learning about the cosmic plan
is very useful to provide structure to meditative exploration of self.
