group,
thank you for the birthday wishes, both written and energetic.
what did i do today? i wrote about quasi-crystals and bose-einstein
condensates, took a long walk on the beach and cooked a great dinner, with a
steamed dish of carrots, onions, jerusalem artichokes, cabbage, bok choy,
broccoli and spinach, cooked in that order so everything had the right
consistency. that was augmented with two different amy's brand organic
dinners, the veggie loaf and enchilada meal, of which sabrina and i both had
half of each.
dessert was something sabrina had mostly done herself - a raw-food lemon
pudding made from fresh lemons, dates and the meat and milk of "sweet young
coconuts" from thailand that we get at the asian 88 store. it took six
coconuts to make the whole thing. i had been too preoccupied with other
things to go get birthday candles, so we improvised with toothpicks
instead - and i did very well at blowing them all out in one fell swoop.
(they weren't lit!) i really like lemon stuff, so i was happy with it,
though it was a bit too sour for sabrina's tastes.
richard pasichnyk's two-book series "the vital vastness" is finally out...
but i find out from his website that his second book in the series is all
screwed up in the references section. it may take more time to get the
accurate version, but i might get the defective version first anyway just so
i can get to work on the main body of text. the first volume is $34.95 and
the second is $31.50, i believe. since i'm seeing his work before finishing
mine, there will be that much more 'power' to what i put together, as i can
and will refer to his work.
i'm very happy with how the writing on the quantum section is coming
together... i think i've finally done a really super job of introducing
rod's physics and keeping it simple, which is ever-so important. it's taken
me over a year and a half to finally get to a point where i feel that i can
do it right. one trick that i use is to write a skeletal form and then
inflate it with data in later passes. then, once i've got most of the data
installed, i go into a different state of consciousness, more relaxed and
meditative, and see how the words intuitively flow. i found that my first
quantum chapter (#3) was much too distorted when i read it from this
perspective, and made appropriate adjustments. now it's quite good - and i'm
really starting to feel the shaman's perspective of reality more often in my
daily environment as a result of thinking about these things so often.
you all might be interested to know that i've been asked to appear on a
television show in nevada entitled "out there." i'm considering flying out
on my own dime to do it, due to the value of having a tape of myself on live
tv, since there may be other opportunities in the future. i have also
cleared the way to begin tackling my huge wait-list, which has remained
untouched since 2000, actually... and we'll know by tuesday if i meet
approval guidelines for accepting credit. it appears that there will be no
difficulty as 99% of apps go through. if so, then when i activate someone
we'll be able to move on it right away, as there's no wait-time for the mail
system, check deposits, et cetera. i clearly know that i need to get through
that list, just as a personal responsibility. i've also changed formats and
have dispensed with the dreaming portion, as sometimes i needed three
attempts to get a good dream to come in. now there will be a 45-min intake
followed immediately by the session, which will be taped and mailed out.
once i get my digital recorder fixed, it'll be back to mailing out cds when
finished.
i'm also going to move on putting at least "shift of the ages" into a
digital on-demand printed format with iuniverse.com right away, probably
before i even finish "divine cosmos," as it really needs to get out there. i
might do a special upgrade on it as well, adding and changing a few things
as a bonus for those who purchase it.
for the printed version's purposes, i'm making it into a three-book set with
the master title convergence. the first volume will be "shift of the ages,"
the second volume will be "the physics of ascension" (now convergence iii)
and the third volume will be "the divine cosmos."
any digital artists out there who'd like to throw some ideas at me about a
cool cover for sota, please feel free - if i use someone's idea or design
i'll give appropriate credit. i'll have to work with the crop circle people
as i definitely think there should be such a formation on the cover - but
that might cost something to do.
overall i had a great day... and what's proving to be the best writing
approach is to work it into the daily flow of life instead of my old habit
patterns of doing a huge amount all at once, then burning out and not doing
anything for weeks at a time. each new section that i am working on has more
time to ruminate in my mind. i'd like to send it to people for review and
whatnot, but since things keep changing i have to keep it tight. also, the
power of the information could attract the wrong type of attention, so i
don't want to put it out there until it is a finished product - this
includes even sending it as an attachment file in an email.
the wild thing is that i am actually satisfied with the quality of divine
cosmos, and i have never truly been satisfied by the other two as my
research progress was already far ahead of where they were by the time
either of them were released. now i've finally finished all the research and
am compressing it all into one unit. i am sure that it is going to be an
ascension in its own right for people to read - and that's all the more
reason why the time is now to get these books in a printed format. i would
have never dreamed that i would find all the material in "divine cosmos"
while i was writing sota - never!
peace be with you -
