Hi, fellow Divine Cosmos-ites
Jr. moderator, bill gieskieng, AKA BBB, managed to break his left ankle on Xmas eve. Seems he didn't see a cat bowl sitting in the wrong place on the descending deck stairs. :o
Some complications prevented surgery, so for the time being he is left desperately hopping around his trailer with one leg trailing in the air behind.
Bottom line, BBB, would appreciate some prayerful thoughts directed to either speedy bone-healing affirmations or -- perhaps as important -- a plea for him to receive additional quantities and qualities supporting the skills of superb balance....Also some prayers to the effect of prohibiting electrical power failures catching him sightless in the middle of the night during a precarious trans-trailer transverse. That would be scary!
Much thanks for your needed lovelighthealing! bill g.:)

Oh! What a drama, BBB!
I most certainly visualize a speedy, calm, complete recovery as soon as is possible.
Thanks for letting us know! And letting us help... it certainly is possible to heal bones instantly if that is the best outcome. I know these two friends who are in love with each other. One fell off a fence... arm in GREAT pain. Both friends were working with classes and trainings on energy healing. So the uninjured one did a healing.... pain increased till Alice passed out, when she woke up they went to the hospital where the Doctor said that her arm was not broken, BUT they could see where she had broken her arm before and it had healed... of course, the obvious punchline... Alice had never broken her arm before in her life.
So healing happens....
much peace and love

Hello BBB
Was just wondering the other day where you have been lately. I have some problems with mt right arm myself, but not as severe as your injury.
I will send you my healing thoughts:) and you've still got your sense of humour:D, that helps a lot!

Sorry to here that BBB get well soon mate l/l ...
Not that I deserve it but could some one or thing send me some anti blair witch protection
some Illuminati protection that will erase my memory of 2008 because I totally got my *** kicked and would very much like to forget it.
And instructions in regards to making a tin foil hat as I changed my mind I want one now.
I failed miserably my ego got the better of me I am just an emotionless robot with out a purpose or even worse a wiggle that cant even sing so I was told.

Thank you! All the great spiritual input is very much appreciated...several happenings have worked out in ways that unexpectedly smoothed out my cobbled path.
During a short stay in the hospital I had opportunities to talk to a half dozen people who were open to spiritual matters...including a lay nun. And to top it off there was my cab driver -- who incidentally happened to be black and had been a driver for 48 years -- was quite taken by the implications carried by The Law of One. He made sure that he got the web address written down correctly. He agreed that it made sense and that he and his wife would be sure to check it out.
So...did I have to shatter my ankle to reach these people? Who knows...but it makes me feel better about the "accident'.:)
Friday, I got a new cast, and the opinion that healing would take place without the need of a dangerous operation....I just have to keep my healing foot up in the air, and will get another check-up in three weeks to see how bone things are going.
I can operate my van, and now have a handy handicap sticker. Of course I do take much care going up and down those treacherous "Stairs of Death". Traveling back and forth through my "twicky twailer" on crutches is still a constant challenge...if I do trip and fall I have in mind to land on my head rather than the footsie.
I have to keep my leg elevated, so computer time is limited...I watch endless NetFlix movies -- scrunched back in a reclining chair with my foot up on a table just off to the side of the TV screen... hmmm..I've never had it so good!
Hey! Once again, thanks all!!

Gee, whiz...how time flops and fritters along... Its two whole months since my Christmas Eve cascade down the staircase of death -- yet lived. (hurray!)
Now that I'm beginning to handle my crutches with some skill its come time to put them aside in order to switch over to a humongous, Frankenstein-like monster-sized walking boot that goes clunk, clunk.
It really feels weird hobbling around free and clear... like I've had a bad divorce. I feel sorta oddly top-heavy and somehow further away from the floor. I catch myself cheating by reaching out to the walls for reassurance.:o
Perhaps in a month or so I'll be back to square one. But I think I will give up my ambition to do blade skating. You see, I suddenly realize that those little old graying frail people -- slowly hobbling around the isles in the grocery store -- are now me....billybobbatteredbutt. That's the backside of the Law of One for ya! It bites! Hard!
Thanks so much for all the kind thoughts and well-wishes...it helps a bunch!!:D love! BBB

Hey, BBB...so glad to hear that you are back on your feet/foot!
You take care with that big boot on. Don't get moving too fast and take another tumble.
Sending you lots of healing energy ((((((:)))))))

This thread is out of date and gathering dust... Since it hasn't gone off into oblivion yet I might as well add an update.
Its almost six months since I crashed and shattered my tibia/ankle.
I've been out of a cast for about 3 months. My handicap car sticker has expired so I have to trudge across parking lots to get my goodies. I do miss not being able to use the little electric carts supplied for the handicapped. Those were rather neat and exciting...especially since the traveled backwards faster than forward.
I've spent a great deal of effort in rehabilitating my poor bod, and it needs help all over, not just my left leg. For months I had to sit with my leg in the air watching an endless supply of Netflix movies; of course I indulged in a few comfort foods. :o
So now I not only have a game leg but 20 Lbs extra around the middle...Yes, I confess, I'm looking too much like my non du plume suggests ---a literal butterball:mad:
The docs had told me that I would have swelling even after a year. That seems outrageous. A year?!! My leg didn't look good....the muscles in the calf and thigh had shrunk alarmingly... in fact my whole bod went downhill.
Okay, I got ticked. Three months ago I started some serious exercise. Along with the whole-body exercises I do hundreds of toe raises off of a vibration plate in trying to activate the calf. I add flexed knee rotation to loosen up the ankle and to rebuild the torn ligaments.
But it is frustrating as there is still a very noticeable difference between the legs. Perhaps too many reps and not enough weight? So, in continued Service To Self, I'll start wearing a weighted vest. (getting in and out of that straight jacket is a real challenge!)
So, enough already... Tornadoes in Denver yesterday, but today just gorgeous. (if you don't like the weather in Colorado, just wait a couple of hours and it will change) I'll grab my radio and take a two mile ambling walk.
My ankle doesn't like that chore too much as the bones and things sorta grind around down there when weight comes upon the heel. A funny thing is that my sense of balance is bad...if a cop stopped me I couldn't pass the sobriety test of being able to walk a straight line. I have to watch it when I turn around that I don't trip over myself, or misstep and stagger into something.
Since nothing comes by accident I try to figure out why this particular catalyst...and on Xmas Eve! And to lose my job! One vital thing that did come out of it was a renewed tie with my widowed sister...and that is worth a lot!
The problem of my weight has puzzled me. I ran across an interesting theorist who locates the fat problem to actions of the subconscious in protecting the body from perceived threats, real or imaginary. This idea goes beyond the crude concept of food calories per se. The author's ideas remind me of Dr. Bruce Lipton's theories as outlined in his ground breaking work, "The Biology of Belief". You can get a general idea after googling "The Gabriel Method".
Related to the above I have become interested in the idea of "toning" and the effect of vibrational therapy for the mind, body, spirit...and whatever else --but presently unknown -- goes into our makeup.
To end this I do humbly apologize for indulging myself here.... I can only trust there will be contained some helpful tips that will serve others who have taken unexpected tumbles on their own keesters.
Finis. Best and highest good to all! bill g AKA billybobblubberbutt (:>))

Sorry to hear about your bum leg. You may be retaining water in it, try massaging your WHOLE leg...don't massage it lightly either. You may be surprised.
