i have been doing some probing in this area of interfermtry forces, weather
modification, etc.
it is silly and serious in the same token.
there are some that this may (from my humble understanding) be the 'trick'
to push them over the edge, so to speak, and on one hand we have those who
would be activated, and the other suppressed.
for ex. if you are contantly thinking about that it is capable of
brainwashing, mind control, and you buy that, then sure it will, those are
galactic forces in itself.
on the other hand, you may be catalyzed and propelled, due to the forces of
opposition/belial.
remember, cayce's most brought up saying, "mind is the builder".....
now with weather modification, this is real, and like cayce said in his
readings those who were tested with that control of the forces would be
tested again. and as artbell demo'd we are also capable of such
modifications...
and we are there/here, at the antinode of atlantis.
this tech is tapping the very galactic forces, that jason speaks of, which
in this case is kinda synthetically induced, purturbed..
and if it wasn't for the federation, we may be faced with a rather bleak
scnario, rehash of maldek, who knows...so let us rejoice that we have a
counsel over looking us , and keeping us in there field of love..!

"haarp is a scientific endeavor aimed at studying the properties and behavior of
the ionosphere, with particular emphasis on being able to understand and use it
to enhance communications and surveillance systems for both civilian and defense
purposes." haven't gotten to the tesla part yet:) chris

you gather correctly. the x-files part of me keeps
tabs on all that stuff like chemtrails, haarp, etc.
but it really doesn't have any significant bearing on
my spiritual development... plus so many of the people
who do research in those areas are so fear based...
its just not worth the energy. knowwhadahmeen?

yeah, our gov't sucks... but i knew that before i
found out how much it sucks.

i didn't know anything about haarp before the group. working 9-5, having a
family, etc., makes it difficult to read everyting presented thru the group. i
just try to keep up with all the chatter here and read the three books i have
just bought recently. i don't know how all of you do it. in awe chris

we will have more discussion on this subject thru the days to come;
as it has everything to do with ascension and the ability of our
sentient planet and ourselves to fullfill our spiritual and galactic
destiny. all of creation is watching us right now.

> when i found out about the high frequency active auroral research
program (haarp) a month after the 1995 un channel, (one of the two
high energy experiments) i absolutely knew that this was what kryon
was speaking of. scientists in alaska at a "hush hush" project site
were planning on building an atmospheric heating station using tesla
technology. it promised potentially astounding solutions to some very
basic defense problems in our country --- perhaps the holy grail for
all branches of the military, and a cheap solution to heretofore very
expensive weapon systems. for less than the cost of one nuclear sub,
this experiment is thought to be the scientist's finest hour since
the los alamos project brought us the ability to split the atom. it's
that important.

> haarp represents a plan to pump more than a gigawatt (that's one
billion watts) directed through the use of scalar waves (a tesla
term) into the ionosphere in an experimental way that will begin by
blowing a 30-mile-wide-hole. what follows is a story i wrote for the
sedona journal of emergence that dramatizes and explains in layman's
terms what haarp is about.

> unlike most office doors, this one closed with a dull "thump,"
since it was one of those heavy ones for sound proofing. the shapely
secretary entered, was briefly eyed by the few men who were seated at
the tables, and then was ignored as she took her place and prepared
to transcribe the meeting.
>
> it was the mid-eighties somewhere in virginia. scientists from arco
production technologies corp. were meeting with high navy and air
force officials in a private security office. no uniforms were
present, since long ago they had learned that the press watched the
comings and goings of highly ranked brass; therefore, business suits
were the order of the day -- no stars of the air force generals or
wide striped of the admirals in sight. the highly ranked officers
were slightly uncomfortable out of uniform and were shifting in their
seats.
>
> the men from arco were preparing some slides and graphics. "let's
get right to the point," said one of the scientists. "you all know
from previous contacts that we have developed the eastlund and tesla
patents to a workable system." all eyes were on the scientists, since
some of the military brass hadn't really heard the entire story until
today. one of them yawned, expecting another boring meeting.

> "gentlemen," the scientist continued, "what if i told you that we
had it within our power to kill any missile in flight before the
united states at a range of four thousand miles from our shore
without firing a shot?" the air force generals smiled.
>
> "in addition, what if i told you that using the same technology, we
could communicate with any submarine at any depth immediately in real
time without the cumbersome underwater 'wake-up bell' one-letter-at-a-
time system you have now?" the admiral at the table maintained a
poker face, a testament to years of experience sitting across from
those who wanted something.
>
> "that's not all gentlemen," continued the scientist in a business
as usual manner. "we believe that this technology can also give us
the ability to see up to several kilometers into the ground,
depending on geological makeup, showing us nuclear bunkers, silos --
like an x-ray of the enemy's entire topography...there's more.
>
> the scientist rose from his chair and approached the overhead
projector. "within this same new technology, we firmly believe, based
on our experiments, that we can eventually manipulate weather over
any battlefield on earth." no one blinked much at this point, and all
were digesting this statement. the admiral, still hearing the words
about sub communication ringing in his ears, spoke first.

> "at what cost?"
>
> the scientist was ready for this question. "admiral," he said, "our
entire program for the next ten years will cost less than half the
cost of one nuclear submarine, and..." he paused for effect, "the
funding from congress is already in place for initial experiements."
>
> "this is doable?" asked the admiral in a skeptical tone.
>
> "absolutely...and already patented." replied the scientist.
>
> "what's the technology?" the admiral asked.
>
> we are going to inject high-frequency radio energy into the
ionosphere to create huge low frequency (elf) virtual antennas. then
we can focus the energy from this "ionosphere mirror" to disrupt
incoming missiles -- in fact any electronics at all. we do this by
heating regions of the lower and upper ionosphere--literally boiling
it -- to create a kind of electronic lens. this is where the focus
ability comes to communicate deep into the water for the subs, or to
knock down the incomings." he continued without waiting for a reply.
>
> "selective heating of the atmosphere is also what can change the
weather. we could potentially create floods, droughts -- very useful
to our military." the scientists now waited for reaction.
>
> "you still haven't told me what the technology is," stated the
admiral.
> "we are using proprietary phased-array transmitting, steering, and
pulsing techniques," said the man from arco. "you see---"
>
> "scalar technology," interrupted one of the high-ranking air force
men. "right out of the tesla days. we were on the wrong side of it
when the soviet union was up and running. their secret "woodpecker'
system was just a variation of this -- and it drove our
communications crazy. at this point gentlemen, it appears to be
the 'holy grail' of defense technology for all of us -- in any branch
of service."
>
> the admiral spoke again. "all right, what's the down side?" how
fast can we get it and what about secrecy?" the room lights dimmed as
if on cue, and the overhead projector snapped on. "take a look at
this gentlemen." the screen showed a facility surrounded by a fence.
within it there were a few innocent shacks, and 36 spindly
clothesline-like antennas -- hardly the ominous weapon the military
men had imagined. snow and ice were everywhere, and a lone man in a
parka stood on the staps of one of the shacks as if posing for a
camera.
>
> "gentlemen, take a look at what the public will know as haarp: the
high frequeny active auroral research program. its appearance to the
public is a small science experiment in the black spruce forest in
alaska -- far away from any population." the slide changed to an
illustrated graphi of the earth's ionosphere.
>
> "eventually we will have 360 antennae. when the project is fully
operational in 1997, we'll start by heating or exciting 30-mile-wide
holes directly above the experiment-- kind of like a giant microwave
oven. we'll punch a hole and measure the results. punch another, etc.
we expect it will take about three months for each hole to close, and
the data will begin to tell us more about how to focus our eventual
virtual mirror." there was a moment of silence, then the admiral
spoke.
>
> "what about the environment?" he asked. "didn't you have to get
environmental impact statements? we moved a barracks last year and
had to measure the effect on earthworms! how did you get this thing
through?"
>
> the arco man reached into a small briefcase and drew out a thick
report, tossing it on the table so it slid and stopped right in front
of the admiral. he looked at the cover.
>
> "this statement was filed by the air force!" exploded the
admiral. "sorry admiral" said the air force general. we had a 'heads
up' about a year ago." the admiral gave the general a long stare.
>
> he opened the environmental impact statement and read ",,,the
normally upward directed ionospheric research instrument (iri)
transmissions can raise the internal body temperature of nearby
people; ignite road flares in the trunks of cars, detonate aerial
munitions used in electronic fuses; and scramble aircraft
communications, navigation, and flight-control systems."
>
> "unbelievable!" exclaimed the admiral, closing the report. "i don't
know how you got this through. what about the unknown effects of
this? how about the ozone?" could we do damage that is not repairable
to our own atmosphere?"
>
> "we don't know," said the arco man as he turned around to continue
the presentation. "but we're going to find out."
>
> the report of this meeting is a fictitious depiction of a
compilation of numerous meetings like it over a period of several
years in the mid to late 1980s. all the players and facts are
accurate-- even the environmental impact statement as filed by the
air force is quoted correctly, and the project is real.
>
> haarp is perhaps the most dangerous, outrageous experiment
undertaken for our country's defense with the exeption of the atomic
bomb at los alamos. prior to that event, the physicists were asked
what they thought would happen when it went off. there was wild
speculation from "fizzle" to "lighting the earth's atmosphere on
fire." they simply didn't know -- but they did it anyway!
>
> popular science magazine of september '95 reported on haarp. this
normally optimistic and entertaining magazine was very strong in
their condemnation of what is being built in alaska. they reported
that haarp is being managed by the usaf phillips laboratory and the
office of naval research. equipment is supplied by advanced power
technologies, a washington d.c. based subsidiary of e-systems of
dallas, longtime maker of electronics used in ultra-secret projects
such as the president's e-4b "doomsday plane."

> they go on to report that richard williams, a physical chemist and
consultant to the sarnoff laboratory at princeton university, is
worried and states: "speculation and controversy surround the
question of whether haarp's 1.7 gigawatts (1.7 billion watts) of
effective radiated power in the 1.8 to 10mhz frequency range might
cause lasting damage to the earth's upper atmosphere. haarp will dump
enormous amounts of energy into the upper atmopshere, and we don't
know what will happen. with experiments on this scale, irreparable
damage could be done in a short time. the immediate need is for open
discussion. to do otherwise would be an act of global vandalism."

> what does alaska think? again, according to popular science
(sept '95): "state rep. jeannette james, whose district surrounds the
haarp site, has repeatedly asked air force officials about the
project and has been told 'not to worry.' she says, 'my gut feeling
is that it is frightening. i'm skeptical/ i don't think they know
what they are doing."

> a recently published book that represents good solid research into
the technical aspects of this experiemtn is angels don't play this
haarp, by jeane manning and dr. nick begich.
