higher vibrational material

i remember hearing david on one of his audio blogs saying that one way to raise your vibration is to expose yourself to high vibrational material like the law of one. are there any other recommendations?

heres how i see "raising your vibration."

when we harbor emotions like fear, anger, hate, service to self, etc. we are operating at a lower frequency/vibration.

to put ourselves in a higher vibration, we must manifest it and that starts with thoughts. since thoughts are things, they really do create our frequency level.

so me must change our emotions and thought patterns to those of higher level like happiness, unconditional love, joy, forgiveness, oneness, good energy sharing, service to others, etc. once you live these high frequency feelings and thoughts, it will release you from the gates onto the track of higher total frequency.

there are obviously some other methods and practices you can do to achieve such things, but in my opinion this is the absolute foundation to raising your vibrations.
