><font face="arial" size="2">do you have any recipes? juice wise...i am totally new to this and will probably start witht eh basics like carrot/apple and such...never really ever ever had vegetable juice....but i am interested ni adding spinach and romaine lettuce and such and tomatoes...well i am excited...because i have never been a big fan of breakfast of lunch but my body needs the energy sometimes (get dizzy) (well love breakfast foods if it is for dinner....anyway) so i am so excited about my juicer!! yeah!! i have heard that no more than 20% should be greens when you are mixing (wheatgrass and such just fine by itself...except the juicer i am getting doesn't do wheatgrass....what are the nutritional benefits of wheatgrass? and can you get the same thing with juice combinations?</font>

><font face="arial" size="2">i am only posting about food here,instead of privately, because david has said how important diet is in our regiment...and raising our vibration and such...just so you know, i wouldn't want to "disrespect" the list...</font>

><font face="arial" size="2">and i have found when i eat right first it is easier to do the "other" things...then if i try to do the other things and then change my diet....so i think it is a foundational principle as it helps with everything else. just my opinion so far these few months i have been looking into it...</font>
