Quick correction to the Study Guide

i just followed david's link to his study guide from today's blog entry. great job! this thing is huge and i can't wait to tear through it. i'm just sad i didn't read it earlier, as i was going through a ra material famine a few months back.

just one thing i want to point out:


a. ra was at the 6th dimension when earth was visited

ra: i am part of the social memory complex that voyaged outward from a planet in your solar system, the one you call venus. we are a race old in your measures. when we were at the 6th dimension our physical beings were what you call golden. we were tall and somewhat delicate. the covering of our physical body complex had a golden luster. in this form we decided to come among your peoples. your peoples were much unlike us in physical appearance. thus we did not mix well with the population and were obviously other than they. our visit was relatively short. this was when we built the pyramids. (b1, s6, 90)

when we chose this mission among your peoples, we would have been perceived as light had we arrived on earth in our natural form. (b1, s8, 103)

according to this paragraph, ra would have been further than 6th density when they visited. you have a choice: tall and golden or wholly perceived as light. they chose tall and golden. so i believe they are saying that they were whatever density they are now when they came to egypt (7th?).

no, they are saying that when they were in the 6th density, they came to earth and their manifested bodies were golden.

when they say "when we were at the 6th dimension our physical beings were what you call golden...", the past reference more than likely has something to do with the idea that ra has supposedly moved back down to 5th density in order to work with 4th and 5th density beings to be more effective with their work.

i am at the moment unable to give you session and line, but i recall ra saying that they are now in the highest sub-density of 6th density, moving toward 7th. they were 6th density when they visited egypt. ra speaks of their being in 6th density for a very great amount of time/space, equivalent to millions of our years. i will attempt to find the reference i mention above.

here is one of the quotes i was remembering:

the remaining part of this cycle we have never gone from your 5th dimension and have been working to prepare for the harvest (ascension). (b1, s14, 135-136) [note: ra now temporarily stays in the fifth density rather than the sixth so as to be able to work with the earth and its people more effectively.] (note by david)

...kind of reminds me of wanderers without the forgetting part involved. going into a previous density to continue to be of service to others...

its just a small window into the kind of freedom we have. we can just choose to go "backward to help others if we decide to or forward when we are prepared to.

right. that's what i thought. but then how do you explain the discrepancies in what ra said? do you think it's just ra's admitted difficulty with numbers, and they really meant to say "when we were at 5th density?"

im not quite sure. but given the fact that everything else is accurately depicted, your explanation sounds about right. i mean we all can make mistakes, right? i think even the questioner had to correct ra a few times throughout the series now that i think about it.

(by "mistakes" i mean that the mistake comes through the channeling, just as they have had problems with numbers)

the track record with data on ra's behalf seems to be quite solid, so 1 or 2 mistakes arent so bad. i guess we can cut ra a little slack, right?? lol...

it is hard to say what was meant in that phrase. it seems confusing to me too. but as ra themselves say, "there are no mistakes". i get the feeling that the idea here is "when we became" sixth density, or when we entered sixth density. this may have been a problem with the transcription.
