The oppression has become so thick it is suffocating many. It is time to change this.
Each and every one of us has a spark of light and love inside. To join together and 'give' this to the universe will create a positive energy field of grace for us all. It is time.
I am just an ordinary person asking everyone that still cares about anything or anyone to join me, daily, at noon no matter what time zone you are in.
Please take just 5 minutes to close your eyes and give thoughts and more importantly feelings of love to the universe. Use whatever mental image you need of love, be it your children, lover, pets or perhaps a sunrise or sunset. Find JOY and share that feeling without saying a word. Just FEEL it.
Come on, lets start somewhere, here, now, today, everyday at noon. Just for 5 minutes if you can, 1 minute, even a second will make a difference, FEEL LOVE for something, anything.

It's a good idea... and fairly easy to remember at noon each day. For me, the only downside is that I'm not usually home and alone at mid-day and finding even a small amount of time to meditate then is difficult. But, I will give it a try as I'm always happy to join in with sharing love and light.

There is a group from these forums that is doing the same thing each day at 9am and 9pm Eastern Time to be in unison with the meditation being done at L/L Research by Carla Rueckert and others at the same time. I definitely am interested! I asked for the participants there to join us at noon here as well.
Thanks to you all for giving your light to the world however you choose to do it.
It does matter, I actually believe it is this love, this positive energy that is holding us back from the edge of total collapse.
I believe we can use this positive energy to totally turn the tide and create our reality of peace joy and love for all.
Remember darkness is only an opportunity for light!
