question about 4th density lifecycle..

does this mean the person i am now will live 90'000 years?

If I understand your question right, it gets into the whole debate about what happens at ascension/harvest -- do our current bodies survive or not? There are some interesting older threads on this forum about this topic -- lots of plausible interpretations of Ra's somewhat cryptic and ambiguous statements on this matter.

As far as I understand the 3rd density body is a yellow ray body while the 4th density + body is a green ray body. If I have this mixed up please someone correct me, but Ra does say that even if you or I are currently 3rd density with 4th density abilities activated, there still needs to be a physical death.

3rd density bodies, according to Ra, can live up to 900 years.
