Hello everyone!

As you probably know, there is a military conflict taking place at Georgia, pointless event where innocent people are geting hurt. So I have decided to set up a group for simultanious meditation in order to reduce the violence in conflict zone. As far as I`ve heard [can`t find the source :(], it takes just square root of one percent of worlds population [7000-8000 people] to think positive thoughts to significantly decrease all the negative events. So, anyone eager to join? :)

p.s. I am particulary looking for people from eastern/northern europe, because that would solve all the problems caused by time zone differences.

Hello ej_ellee in the past week we are meditating and sending lot of love and light to out mother earth. I have seen the news about georgia still don't know exactly why they are fighting for if we are all brothers and sisters. i'll send love and light to all people there and im sure everyone here at DC will do the same, so don't worry you are not alone in this :)

I initially heard of that formula while listening to some Gregg Braden audio clips. I believe it is called the 'maharishi effect'. http://www.invincibledefence.org/meffect2.html

According to Gregg just having the thought of 'wishing for peace' does no good. Having thoughts of thankfulness for peace is beneficial. BUT feeling peace in your heart is what really has the strongest effect. In the experiments that were done the meditators focused on having feelings of peace (love and gratitude) in their heart. Hopefully I conveyed his material correctly.

I applaud your idea and am up for it. The LL group (Carla the person who channeled Ra) holds 2 daily meditations. I try to do the evening meditation when I can. http://www.llresearch.org/gaia.aspx

Thanks for all the encouraging answers! Idea, that there are other people, who do feel the same can really blast away all the feelings of being alone and powerless :)

However, if there is allready a meditation group for peace [led by Carla], I think I`ll just stick to them. Together we are stronger, right?

Before I read this trend, my mind was going in this direction. What "thoughts" can we, the children of God, give out into the world to shift and co-create action:

Prayer:

To the Earth Life of God

I AM that I AM
Cease fire and go immediately into peace
Allow your heart to open and heal
Love your neighbors, Georgian and Russia and all other lands
Love your brother and sister and all that is and will be
Love the opportunity to have this choice
Give love and peace the space to unify and unite as one
Stay open, honest and real .
Let there be peace throughout the world
And so it is

We already have a group set up by Carla Rueckert, one of the authors of the RA material. She has been doing Gaia Meditations for quite a while now. It is a transcendental meditation for the Earth. We all do it at 9:00 P.M. and 9:00A.M eastern time. I do not reside in the same location they do, but it does not matter you can be anywhere. I think instead of starting a new group we should join this one because it already has numerous people in it. Check out the website:

For coupple of days I am trying to do sort of peace meditations on 4pm and 4am [if I am awake] on my local time because it corresponds to 9am and 9pm EST, so I guess I am kind of joining Carlas group :)

Most, if not all of my meditation techniques I have borrowed from martial arts so I am really unaware of what prayers before meditation are suppoused to do. Can you enlight me a little?

I always do protection prayer envisioning a light circle around me and asking for protection from any entity that does not come in the loving service to others path. Then I follow this prayer:
Always seeking, seeing and serving the Creator in all.
Always seeking, seeing and serving the Creator in all.
Always seeking, seeing and serving the Creator in all.
Opening my mind, my body, my spirit, my heart, my soul and my entire being to the infinite love, light and healing energy of the one Creator.
Feeling the infinite love, light and healing energy of the one Creator moving through me, moving to Mother Earth, to heal Mother Earth as she brings forth a new Earth in fourth density.
May every soul in pain on Earth tonight feel infinite love, light and healing energy.
May there be peace and love in the hearts of the men and women on Earth.

Then proceed with this very powerful prayer:
May health, love and light cure the sick
May food and water be with the hungry
May love, light, peace and harmony be with those who are suffering
May those who lack their basic needs have what they need
May peace be with those who are being tormented physically and mentally
May wisdom be with those who are ignorant
May peace, love and understanding be with those who are mourning the loss of a loved one
May those that feel pain be relieved
May all think positive, peaceful, loving thoughts
May all speak words of truth, love, peace and positivity
May all abstain from destroying life, dishonest dealings, and action that hurts others
May all truly love themselves and others
May all be aware, attentive, concentrated and awake
May all evil be transformed into love and light
May the veil that covers the human eyes be removed and may all find the total truth
May all those who are captives be free
May those that control the world be exposed and may their empire fall
May all negative beings be filled with love, light, and wisdom
May those who feel sadness and negative emotions be filled with light and love
May those who are confused find their own answers
May those who feel lonely realize that they are not separate from the creator
May the wars on Earth end and may the Earth be filled with light, love, compassion,
Peace, harmony, and brotherhood
May we all radiate the light and the love of the one infinite creator
May the discord and disharmony on Earth come to a closing
May discrimination of all types cease and may we see love and light inside of every one
May the killing, robbery, the raping, the lying, the crime end on Earth
May the greedy understand the true meaning of sharing, brotherhood, and love
May the Earth be free from control, pollution and abuse
May the Earth be healed, liberated and free from pain

May the Earth be relieved from suffering

I Pray that all living creatures be blessed with the light and love of the one infinite creator. I pray that they may learn love and evolve to a higher state of consciousness and reach enlightment. I pray that I may radiate love and light and be of loving service to humanity through my example of love.

Then I meditate focusing on light and love entering the world and all those here. I see the sick, the needy, the hungry, the sad, those who are suffering and I envision light and love coming upon them. Etc..
