....we reincarnate anyway, i mean its not like its the end of everything, if a person ceased to exist after they died then i could understand why killing would be so wrong, but this whole anti killing thing with the knowledge of immortality and another life awaiting you really confuses me

Dear Last Man,
Often we get messages like this from those who haven't read or studied the Law of One, and I apologize if you have read it. You can first read the study guide before you actually read the 5-book set, as that helps one understand the answers to such questions as you ask. You can search for the Study Guide by keying those two words in on the DC home page in the upper right corner search box.
To answer your question, the LoO is based upon an entities Freedom of Choice and if another entity denies that, it is going against the philosophy of Law of One. In your case, when you kill someone, you are denying that person the freedom of choice to live.
I hope you choose to read more about the Law of One and then ask more questions that may arise out of that knowledge you will gain. Chris

Put yourself in the victims shoes, how do you think someone will feel when their loved ones are murdered?
And with action comes consequences.

Would you chop off your pinkey finger? No? Why? Because it is a part of you.
When you realize that we are all one, the desire to harm another person, which is really another aspect of yourself, will disappear.
You may ask, "But what if somebody is trying to kill ME?" That is a very strong fear that many people on the planet have, however as is the case with all fears, it is not real.
You are highly unlikely to be murdered, so if you take back the power you've put into the fear of death, you will live your life with more joy and freedom from the illusory fear of being killed.
Love,
Cameron

Even though I believe in reincarnation, I still think killing is bad you determine one someone dies, not the Creator. You end a person's life who does not want their life to end yet. That person could of had goals and ambitions that could of evolved them spiritually. Also remember that if you killed someone, you might experience great grief, regret, and severe guilt as you ended someone's life. Sure they will be reincarnated, but that is just as waste of their chances to grow and learn. When you die, you might receive a life review that shows your actions and make you feel even more pain and humiliation. You might even be reincarnated again thus giving you more hassle and delaying your evolution.

Killing things humans and animals has been part of life through the ages animals do it for survival purposes humans do it for various reasons .
Through the ages adepts have even killed other humans to save them from building up to much karma... if people had to make it up to each individual that they killed in a life time in future incarnations maybe they would think twice before doing it.
Its like how good people have bad things happen to them and every one cant work out how unfair in appears to be, on the other hand Christ did nothing wrong and got crucified regardless.
Forgiveness supposedly wipes karma which makes sense as revenge is the alternative which would keep people stuck in a loop if you chose it in later incarnations so if you choose to kill some one pick some one whom will forgive you as if they don't they may wish to kill you or treat you extremely badly in the next incarnation and get the option.
Maybe most of the negatives of today were murdered or treated badly in previous incarnations and have opted for revenge instead of forgiveness which high lights the negativity every body feels towards them and many would gladly kill them if they got the chance.
Forgiveness is the key practicing it is not that easy but might get you out of the revenge loop, what goes around comes around .

Well where I come from, murder is almost non-existant, but killing on the other hand happens all around us all the time, it is usualy instinctive and necessary for survival in 3rd density. There are exceptions in the animal kingdom which seem to border murder, for example when a raven raids a birds nest and hauls off every offspring one at a time to the ground killing them and returning to the nest until they are all dead, also when lions kill hyena cubs.
The intentions behind the act is what determines the effect killing will have on etheric bodies. The balancing effect we call karma cannot be ignored, that is why some entities which have murdered with intent spend the rest of their lives and perhaps many more working off a heavy load of karma which they carry around from incarnation to incarnation. When all karma has been worked through, incarnation in 3d becomes unnecessary, so you see The_Last_Man_50008 your confusion is a great catalyst and I would like to encourage you to persue these issues in full depth and realise the unique perspective you may have on the whole matter and bring that to the table, become aware of your infinite knowledge, the acceptance and understanding of the nature of catalytic responses goes much deeper than hinted here.........................Sylvain.............. ...............

Let me give you a different perspective on this. Killing in and of itself isn’t *wrong* nor is it *right* because those are human, 3rd density judgments. If you could kill somebody and feel absolutely NO guilt, remorse, shame or self judgment, then you would have zero “karma” as a result. That would require being totally open and honest with everyone you know that you killed so-and-so and you feel great about it.
In reality, human judgment about the “badness” of killing will affect you. Human prison will also affect you.
Now, in regards to a knife / gun crime in the UK’s main cities every 4 minutes, that is obviously a disturbing statistic. HOWEVER, how many of those end in a death? I know the media there has a field day every time somebody is killed in the UK, but those are still *rare* incidents of murder among the robberies.
Statistically speaking, you are NOT likely to be killed, even if you do get mugged during your life. How long have you and everyone you know been alive? How many people do you personally know who have been murdered? You are safer than you think.
However, you will never FEEL safe until you address the fear of loss, injury, death, etc within your own psyche. Your higher self will give you the chance to process and transmute those fears through dreams and other messages.
IF you pay attention to those messages and actively reclaim your power that you have put into your fears, you can eventually come to a place within yourself where you are truly fearless because you KNOW that nothing anybody does to you can harm who you truly ARE, because you are NOT your body, it is simply your vehicle for 3rd density experience and you can always get another one if you really want it.
Love,
Cameron
