In 2001, Congressman Dennis Kucinich (D) submitted bill no. HR 2977 IH ,
which proposed a ban on the weaponization of space. One of the weapons
systems listed in the bill is "chemtrails".

The word "chemtrail" was removed in a re-write of the Bill.

In December 2000, Dr. Carol Rosin, corporate manager at Fairchild Industries
and spokesperson for Wernher von Braun, a weapons systems specialist who
escaped from Germany and later became Vice President of Fairchild
Industries, testified that von Braun explained the strategy involved in the
weapons race -- in the last four years of his life. The first step -- in the
70s -- identified the Russians (who we were told had killer satellites) as
the "enemy." Next, it would be the terrorists or "Nations of Concern" who
were the enemy, then the asteroids and finally -- aliens.
